I have great experience with KB home

Moved in 2 months ago and still do not have a handle on the bathroom drawer. Three ceiling fans are not the ones ordered, and the list goes on and no one calls or comes by to see if your issues are handled. Once you sign you are really on your own.

Get things fixed before you sign and accept your house.

Sorry to say but don't buy from this builder my first time ever buying and it started off wonderful and then turned into a nightmare wish I could say otherwise very bad experience I will never recomendó or ever buy from this builder ever or again .

My wife and I bought our first home with KB. Our team consisted of Myrna, Angela, Brett and Clay. Absolute best customer service and have been more than helpful every step of the way. 10/10.

We signed for our home with them promising to fix several items on the home. Out side has not been painted Garage door is dented and weather stripping is falling off. Our wall in main entry is bowed. With a major curve in it.the other day a worker showed up to fix the wall and only had a hammer he smacked the wall 5 times breaking the base board and moving the wall back 2 inches still needs to be redone and now tile does not match wall . So need a tile guy to redo 2 tikes. a interior wall repatched and replanted (Not sure how you fix a wall with just a hammer and no materials. Front irrigation has never worked having broken pipes under ground the plants are now dead and we asked to be replaced. Emails are not responded to. Today a worker came fixed one pipe did not replace plants. Now No one returns emails or request. Our cabinets in kitchen is damaged and still missing one knob that they can not find. When asked they say supply chain or out of stock it been 2 month missing one knob. Bathroom shower is missing the piece that separates the 2 glass doors. Bedroom closet is unable to open or close. All small issues but no communication or follow thru Our buying experience was going great but now there is a disconnect and we start to feel jaded by not completing these small defects. Everyone involved in the process of our new home is outstanding.

The services were great, everyone was very helpful make you feel comfortable. We asked a lot of questions and they had the answers. We had amazing experience thank you.

Material is bad with this new houses

I liked that they always staid in contact with us and walked us through the hole process.

The whole KB team was so great to work with. From when I first walked into the office, the salesperson was very friendly and helpful. They were there to help me with the process of the application to getting qualified and even being excited for me in the end. Thank you all so much for all of your help!

You are in great hands with the team. They will take care of you and always respond promptly to calls and text. Any concerns that have been brought up they immediately take action.

Only problem in the Vail area is wind and the dryer vents are very noisy

From the extremely attentive salesperson and loan officer..Elaine and Phil, to the follow up and caring nature of the construction and customer care team, I couldn't be more pleased with KB Homes. I have purchased new homes in the past, and this was by far the best experience I have had all along the way. Thanks! I Love my home, and the overall value and stylish options.

I was great the personal in sales department

After the sell our customer service rep was here anytime we needed. He is most caring as is the rest of the staff. Jeff has always been most helpful before turning it over to Brett!

Asked the same questions, promised, but never got answers.

Contractors for outside stucco had to come back to repair crapy work. Painters had to come back to repaint an area under the eaves all around the house.

Excellent customer care. Competitive builder incentives for the times.

Our experience in purchasing our home through KB Homes was very easy and smooth overall very satisfied with the outcome of our new home.
