Things went well. A little hookup with financing but everyone took care of things and I’m very happy with the outcome

First of all Juvenal our sales rep was awesome to work with. He is very punctual and helpful. He was able to answer all our questions and responded immediately! Jesse and Scott from KB were very friendly, polite, and knowledgeable about our new home. They explained everything clearl and followed up often to make sure our new home is everything is satisfactory. After move in, Sergio and Thor followed up with me for the 30 day follow up and made sure to help me in any way possible. For example, I paid to have the utility sink connections ready and they went ahead and hired a plumber to install my sink for me. As a Disabled Veteran I greatly appreciate the 3xtra mile they are continuing to go to make sure we are happy with our brand new home. The team we worked with was and continues to be amazing. I had great experience with KB Homes, specially with Tom Bourdet. From the initial Open house visit to sign-up the initial purchase and final move-in. Experience was nothing less than spectacular. I was guided at every step, every detailed was discussed and with timelines. I received every week or so update on the progress with photographs, and closing of the loan was flawless.

As a first time homeowner I was really pleased with purchasing experience from beginning to end and frankly I didn’t experience some of the horror stories you often hear about. This company is well represented by a team of professionals (Christine S., Nancy C., and Jackie R.) who all go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction by making themselves available to address any and all questions and / or concerns. Again, I am thankful for a somewhat stress free experience, but again KBHS has a awesome team in place that if I would buy another property I would relish the opportunity to work with them again. ... Love our new home. It’s beautiful. Wish we could’ve had better landscaping considering how much we spend. No printer system in the back. I understand people chose not to have grass in the back, but apply a credit if they opt out. Thank you.

It was good experience and understand more and more about the process

It has been a while since I have purchase a new home. I was first very happy of how fast the home was build. I am amaze of all the features the home has like the timed lights to conserved energy and the feature where it allows fresh air to enter in the house without opening windows. I am also very happy that the home has sprinklers in the home in case of a fire.

KB Homes the developer always was and continues to be professional and quick to respond to issues. Although we had some delays/issues with KBHS I don’t have anything negative to say about KB Homes and the building crew. I do believe the quality of paint used for internal paint was below average and the quality of wood with fence boards was just OK. Not to say I didn’t get what I paid for I just expected something a little bit better. Overall I am very pleased with my new home and look forward to growing and raising my family here.

KB was probably one of the best 1st experiences a customer we’ve ever had! From beginning to end, all staff involved was welcoming, helpful, attentive, quick to respond to any questions, and always kept us in the loop as far as the next steps in what was happening to our home! We loved being able to have the freedom to choose our interior options to make our home feel like a one of a kind. Would definitely recommend KB Homes to anyone who’s looking to buy for the first time or even a 2nd time!

The entire home buying process was extremely easy & transparent. The home was built beautifully in a timely manner and the warranties are great. My only hiccup was the 30 day walkthrough & paint touch ups/small repairs hasn’t been honored.
