It has been a while since I have purchase a new home. I was first very happy of how fast the home was build. I am amaze of all the features the home has like the timed lights to conserved energy and the feature where it allows fresh air to enter in the house without opening windows. I am also very happy that the home has sprinklers in the home in case of a fire.

KB Homes the developer always was and continues to be professional and quick to respond to issues. Although we had some delays/issues with KBHS I don’t have anything negative to say about KB Homes and the building crew. I do believe the quality of paint used for internal paint was below average and the quality of wood with fence boards was just OK. Not to say I didn’t get what I paid for I just expected something a little bit better. Overall I am very pleased with my new home and look forward to growing and raising my family here.

KB was probably one of the best 1st experiences a customer we’ve ever had! From beginning to end, all staff involved was welcoming, helpful, attentive, quick to respond to any questions, and always kept us in the loop as far as the next steps in what was happening to our home! We loved being able to have the freedom to choose our interior options to make our home feel like a one of a kind. Would definitely recommend KB Homes to anyone who’s looking to buy for the first time or even a 2nd time!

The entire home buying process was extremely easy & transparent. The home was built beautifully in a timely manner and the warranties are great. My only hiccup was the 30 day walkthrough & paint touch ups/small repairs hasn’t been honored.

I’m pleased with the process.

KB has been a pretty great company to purchase our first home through. We did have delays moving in to our home that were unavoidable due to COVID, but once we got in our home we realized how much pride they take in their work. Even after the walk through, they come back multiple times to make sure everything is fine and fix things that are not. Everyone I have had the pleasure of talking with has been very kind. Jennifer in sales was the most friendly, knowledgeable person on the team. If you have a question, she will find the answer! The woman at the design studio was so kind to us also. She was so helpful when picking out our options. She showed us everything, and I mean everything, to help us make the best decisions. Sale department are good and helpful. Customer service not good at all.

Every is good, but some small things need fixing. Some of my paint needs more work.

KB Home met and exceeded many of my expectations. But it seems like you deal with too many different people during the process and it can get extremely confusing. I did feel as though some of my upgrades were too expensive.

Overall great experience all departments were helpful. Only issue was that we would be rushed to do things and then the representatives wouldn’t return the favor. Meaning we would get rushed and then they would lag when we needed responses or things on their end to be handled. Other than that it was great still happy and satisfied I went with KB.

KB office sales reps were great and very helpful. I was very pleased with KB until we moved. After moving in, I am waiting on things to be done on the house we moved into in Feb. No call backs from people and I have been calling for weeks now. We have had multiple no shows from the repair people so it has taken weeks to get minor things done and we still have other things needing attention. Also one of my upgraded items has not been installed and I keep getting the runaround on when this will happen. I don’t feel like I am getting the same treatment now that we have closed on the home.
