The overall workmanship and materials are average to below average, and quality control is not good for a new construction home. The HVAC air filter was installed incorrectly, and the kitchen layout has poor design choices, including an impractical refrigerator placement. The value does not align with the price paid, and greater attention to construction quality and functional design is needed.

My overall experience with KB Homes was nothing but great they really helped me get my home. Dior Patterson was there every step of the way. When I felt all hope was lost, she remained positive and kept me going. I can't thank her enough!

Being a first-time homeowner, this experience and the whole process was overall easy and stress free. All the questions I had were answered. The team I had really helped us in every way they possibly can. Very satisfied

I appreciate the work that was done on my new home. What I did not like was that the builder came to the home and stated that he would have something fixed and that we would get our home cleaned for free, but later I got a email that stated that there was a claimed for fixing an item and for house cleaning, when we did not ask them to do either. The project that we asked to be fixed was not in the claim. But other than that I am happy in my new home.

From start to finish, our home buying journey was absolutely incredible, thanks to the amazing team of Rolanda, Cindy, Heather, and Dennis. Each of them brought something special to the process, and together they made what could have been stressful experience feel smooth, exciting, and truly memorable.
