There is no trust in KB. We started our journey with someone who is no longer at KB. He left us high and dry. Indicated he would handle things and did not. It took a year to take delivery of our home. And during that time our appliances were discontinued and no one told us. Things we selected for our home were left out and now KB is not completing. We paid for certain upgrades that were not fulfilled and they aren’t wanting to fix it. We did a final walk thru prior to closing and we’ve been in our home for a month with nothing is being addressed or fixed. There is one customer service person ...

Excited to buy a new home again with KB since first experience was unforgettable however it was the worse experience ever. Beginning was all good and sweet but the ending was a nightmare. From Walk through to after service was unprofessional and unacceptable.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of working with a homebuilder that I would not recommend. The customer service was appalling, their craftsmanship was subpar, and their overall trustworthiness was severely lacking. To say that the customer service was poor would be an understatement. The communication was abysmal and a complete lack of transparency. I was left frustrated and wondering if my concerns even mattered to them. 6 windows leaking badly brand new Townhome

Very sad and upset that we failed to read all the poor reviews about KB home, the problem seems to be that they used super cheap material and cheap vendors and kick passing the buck to someone else. We have 6 windows that are failing out of 14 windows, that's almost 50% that's 43% of our windows are leaking and leaking badly at that. One room already had drywall cut out and replaced due to the leaky windows. Before you buy KB let me tell you about Green World Windows, You really need to search Green World Windows, you will be shocked about how bad their quality is. Then to make matters worst, ...

This is the worst builder I have encountered, sales team were fond of canceling transanctions and no considerations at all and end up putting more downpayment just to save the deal and resolved the issue. They will not work for you to make it happen you have to work on them with their expectations.
