Too pricey for Compton area. Contract with other alarm systems. KPS alarms alarm quality is not the best and other alarm system have more quality in re: customer services and products available. Also it’s ridiculous that KPS even has a 5 year contract. You’re pretty much stuck with them unless you pay out the contract. Pretty much Nicole and dining the consumer before they can even try the alarm system. Completely unsatisfied with the alarm system kB decided to partner with.

One of the smoothest and satisfactory experiences in home buying I have experienced. Working with an in-house agent really makes a difference during the processes especially with new homes. The homes speak for themselves but the builder is what makes the process so great. Throughout each step you feel as of you get the support and response you want. Most importantly I fealt the support post close was superb. All my questions and needs were met in a timely manner.

I love my home. All of my issues and concerns were handled quickly and professionally. Just some feedback: consider using a satin finish paint where it’s flat. It’ll look better and clean easier. I appreciate the continued requests to review.

Steve and Katrina were great. That’s did all the could to make things right. The builder are sloppy, missing paint, holes in door, A C went out 3 times. Door off hinges. I could go on and on. The sales team is awesome. Need hire better builder that cares.

What made this an amazing experience are the people that are employed by KB Home. Both the Sales Consultant and Project Manager went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure the process was seamless. Their commitment to our happiness is something I will forever be grateful for. Choose your upgrades carefully, they can really raise the price of your new home! Make sure to get the wiring for fans, better value at the time of building than later! The granite in the kitchen is of a lower grade, and stains very easily, also was not sealed at the time of move in! Still stains even after being sealed! This might be a good upgrade at the time of purchase! Faucets in kitchen and bathrooms are lower grade, but those can be upgraded at a later date!

Our house is beautiful and we love it, however, there were a lot of issues with the small details of our home - very poor quality of work. The toilet paper holders would not hold a roll of toilet paper, the slider door had gouges and scrape marks, the garage door was extremely sounded like it was going to fall off the hinges. The list goes on and on. This is a brand new home and to have so many issues upon move in was quite disappointing. It sure was upsetting to have so many issues in a brand new home that we paid a lot of money for.

KB homes lived up to their promise and delivered a beautiful home. They promptly addressed any issues with repairs and touch-ups, though issues were minimal. The only thing that I can't get used to is how flimsy the wallboard is. I came from a house built in the 1940's where the walls were made of plaster (rock hard cement) and were basically bulletproof and soundproof. Bumping into the walls at the new house always leaves a gouge. I guess that is the new normal, but you might want to consider sound proofing especially if you install speakers in the downstairs ceiling.

Process started off positive. This was our second KB home so had some knowledge of the process and what to expect. As time progressed we were offered design credits and improvements that were told could not be accommodated at the 11th hour due to materials being ordered for the house construction placed by the previous buyer that fell out of the deal. Sales staff was prompt at replies prior to construction, but questions to answers toward completion of the house began to take a few days for a reply. My suggestion would be for sales to be transparent and design and construction to tighten ...

It is like jumping through hurdles to get someone to tell you what, when and how to repair something. There is so much red tape. You go through many people trying to find out if your issue is even in the pipeline. If your issue is a small fix, the repair is sloppy, causing other damage. Make sure every little thing is fixed and checked prior to closing to avoid these unnecessary headaches. I am still waiting for the new working keys to the front gate. It is a shame, as I like the property.

6 windows leaking badly brand new Townhome

Very sad and upset that we failed to read all the poor reviews about KB home, the problem seems to be that they used super cheap material and cheap vendors and kick passing the buck to someone else. We have 6 windows that are failing out of 14 windows, that's almost 50% that's 43% of our windows are leaking and leaking badly at that. One room already had drywall cut out and replaced due to the leaky windows. Before you buy KB let me tell you about Green World Windows, You really need to search Green World Windows, you will be shocked about how bad their quality is. Then to make matters worst, ...
