Hello peeps, With KB Homes, the process from pre-qualifying with their lender of choice, the design center, ease of use for uploading documents to their secure portal, walk through, to the handing over of the keys, was a very pleasant experience.

It was a good experience buying a house with KB. Cindy helped us a lot in order to get loan approval. And maintenance team was really helpful and worked fast as well.

We are very happy we bought a new home from KB homes at Ponte Vista at a great price. We love the lay out of the house and works great for us. Design studios helped us pick out options via video conference and it worked great for us. Purchase process went pretty smooth and we did all online except signing in person wet signature with notary. Touch up some last minute repair was made timely and we are happy with overall results. The entire purchasing process from the beginning to the end went very smoothly. And they provided relevant services along the way, from loans to escrow closing. And they were excellent in following up at each step of the process. In addition, the house design looks good and modern.

While I purchased a model home, and so did not complete the process with KB Homes studio, Aubrey and Danielle on the sales side and Ben and George on the support side post-purchase, have all been fantastic. The build quality is five-star and so is the responsiveness of the KB Homes support staff. Highly recommended.

I had a great experience throughout the buying process, starting with meeting Girlie in the sales office. She was patient and kind, and made sure every hurdle that came up was taken care of. After move in, when we needed a minor issues fixed, Ben and George were very responsive and took care of concerns quickly

As a first time homebuyer - the whole process with KB homes - Sage Valencia has been a hassle free and an excellent experience. Right from the very beginning of home sale and building process sales, finance and construction teams have been guiding us at every-stage. We were able to negotiate a deal and book our home in one of the initial phases just in a matter of a week without needing a buyer agent.
