It was a great and smooth process from start to finish. From the start of the process Kathryn worked very hard to get us the deal that we were looking for and once we settled in the pricing she passed on the Barton to Brad the Mortgage banker and that was an easier process to upload docs and lock in the rate for us at the right timing. We were able to close the deal in less then 30 days, thank you guys for all your genuine help a great team to work with.

I bought a new house from KB Homes. It was an excellent experience . I am very satisfied with their job quality . I am very grateful to the team who took on to this job , from the sale person, the project manger and loan officer.. they would call time and again to answer your questions and make sure you are very happy with your new home. .

Material information was left out. After I took the keys, a few weeks later I had a qualified plumber and a selected electrician look at the work. The electrician questioned why my circuit breakers tripped off every other day, as soon as I plug my electric car into the 110 the breaker trips. The plumber didn’t understand why the drainage pipe for the air conditioner is above the 3rd FL bathroom on the room, since no other house nearby has this pipe sticking out. The KB team that helped us get into the home was great. The overall craftsmanship of the home is par. Nothing over the top just basic. The side yards just came with a heap of dirt no concrete no pavers. Just recently I had two issues. The microwave light popped and went out and when I replaced the light it doesn’t turn off and a door handle just fell off only one month in the home. For a new home there shouldn’t be any issues like these. I’m sure they will be taken care of. But the fact that it happened leaves me wondering. I do love the design of the home and the exterior design. Overall 8/10

I recently had the unfortunate experience of working with a homebuilder that I would not recommend. The customer service was appalling, their craftsmanship was subpar, and their overall trustworthiness was severely lacking. To say that the customer service was poor would be an understatement. The communication was abysmal and a complete lack of transparency. I was left frustrated and wondering if my concerns even mattered to them. This level of disregard for their customers is simply unacceptable. Unfortunately, the quality and craftsmanship of the house they built were equally disappointing. The attention to detail was non-existent, and it was evident that corners were cut at every possible turn. The finishing work was sloppy, with visible cracks in the drywall, uneven flooring, and poorly installed fixtures. The materials used were of inferior quality. Furthermore, the lack of trustworthiness exhibited by this homebuilder was deeply concerning. At homeowners walk through, the home was not ready and without any valid explanations, leaving me questioning their integrity. Moreover, request for low cost for minor repairs were responded with a rejection based on personal financial ability to self purchase, causing significant financial strain and a breach of trust. It became clear that this company was more interested in maximizing their profits at the expense of their customers' satisfaction and peace of mind. Overall, my experience with this homebuilder was nothing short of a disaster. The poor customer service, coupled with the substandard quality and craftsmanship, made for an incredibly frustrating and disheartening journey. The only positive in this experience was being able to close at a good price relative to the area, but that credit goes to me and my agent. I was so excited to be a new homeowner at Valencia Fivepoints. My realtor Rolanda did an amazing job helping us find our new home. She went above and beyond to make sure our deal got closed. I just wish some to the KB representatives made us feel the same way as Rolanda did. She made us feel like we belong in this community and our goal of being a homeowner was valued. As a first time homebuyer - the whole process with KB homes - Sage Valencia has been a hassle free and an excellent experience. Right from the very beginning of home sale and building process sales, finance and construction teams have been guiding us at every-stage. We were able to negotiate a deal and book our home in one of the initial phases just in a matter of a week without needing a buyer agent. Daniel has been of great help so has been the whole team - from finance to construction. It has been a wonderful journey with KB for us!!

Site staff are nice but workmanship of garage floor are poor. External drain pipe keep defect and not fix well

I love KB Home because of their employees Rolanda, LaTanya, and Tito. They are so kind and helpful. They made the home buying experience so fun! They respond so quickly. They always make sure everything with our house is okay. And most importantly, that make us feel at home.

We had been looking to buy for a couple of months. Passed buy this location a few times but never thought we could afford a new property. Stopped by on a whim after a full day of house hunting. Loved the model. Loved the area. The agent on duty was amazing. The his is the second KB HOME we’ve bought new! Love it!

I can't stress enough how happy I am with my experience. The team from Betsy, to Andrew, to Christian to Jose were all super helpful. 2 months after the close of my escrow they continue to check up on me, amazing customer service.

Larry was very helpful and gave us lots of information as we got started and George has been super helpful as we get settled in.

I had a good experience purchasing my home with KB.

I am VERY happy with the house overall. It is a dream for me, and I love the design, energy efficiency, and open space. It's in a great area. Aside from the insane unpredictability of when the house would be ready (COVID was very hard to work around), the one headache has been all the cosmetic fixes since moving in. You can tell that the work was rushed and attention to detail was not the priority. I could point you to every corner of the house where lines are not straight, paint was done too quickly, marks / chips everywhere, etc. The only time I felt heard in all this was when a KB customer service rep came to visit the house, and she could see all the the areas of improvement. She assured me that all the vendors would take care of this without me having to look over their shoulders, but that's precisely what I've had to do. I have to field dozens of calls from different vendors for very specific areas of the house (different people for painting, floors, counters, cabinets, AC, security, etc. etc. etc.). And each time someone shows up, I have to point out extremely specific paint splatters, chips, etc...I cannot rely on anyone to actually assess the area and be proactive about addressing every tiny detail. Living alone with a full time job, it's extremely difficult for me to find the time to, essentially...babysit every vendor / contractor who comes through the door. I wish that the KB rep who visited me would take the reins and coordinate every single person and oversee that the cosmetic fixes are top notch. Have a back up lender if you’re using KBHS. I was declined at last minute and so disappointed. Thanks to my lender, Chase. Plan to do some touch ups. Here and there. No new home is perfect I heard but I believe brand new home should do much better. After all I love my NEW home and people I work with at KB are great.

There's very little I would recommend here. The experience was horrible. Still fixing issues with poor craftsmanship.

Overall quality of workmanship is poor. Especially the paint job. The floor is covered with paint drops. Nothing was fixed after 2 walk through. Get the run around and excuses. Windows are getting discolored. List is too long. The list was emailed to KB representatives.
