Amazing experience all the way up until fixing minor issues after closing. If they can manage to get in gear in that area, the entire experience would be superb. Excellent quality and workmanship. The sales agent, Paxton, was stellar!

Check out the home very closely when the chance arrives because the builder does not develop building prints for all modelsl

Overall, we have a great experience with our KB home purchase. It was very smooth. The Superintendent and his crews have been very helpful from day one. They are very responsive and accommodating. We know that we can always count on them to get things addressed promptly and professionally. The KB Customer service is also great and helpful. They promptly address our inquiries and concerns. However, our experience with KB Home Insurance agency has not been that great.

Wonderful new house, great craftsmanship, great value/price ratio. Spacious, all works, beautiful. We worked very hard for this for so many years, so now we are really happy to finally be able to settle down (our 1st own home).

Realty and build staff are top notch! Sophia, Juan and Dennis were great! Only issue in the entire home buying process was caused by SC Edison’s inability to meet deadlines for meter install and home energize, which delayed closing by 2 months

I liked how I got frequent updates on the house up until we moved in. I'm happy that we have the house to call our own, but not very satisfied with the quality of the work on the house. Albeit, I didn't ask for any upgrades, but the paint could've been done better and with more care. I get the sense it was built very fast so I do notice that we have to request a lot of things to be redone, like grout, caulking, or paint-touch ups. Like I said, I'm happy that we have a place to call home, but not very satisfied with the quality.

Vanessa and George have been/are great, very attentive and professional. We are very happy with the customer service they provide. This review is mostly for them. Aside from George and Vanessa, we have had to be very proactive throughout the process to ensure things are getting done, from loans to post closing.

Process started off positive. This was our second KB home so had some knowledge of the process and what to expect. As time progressed we were offered design credits and improvements that were told could not be accommodated at the 11th hour due to materials being ordered for the house construction placed by the previous buyer that fell out of the deal. Sales staff was prompt at replies prior to construction, but questions to answers toward completion of the house began to take a few days for a reply. My suggestion would be for sales to be transparent and design and construction to tighten communication so buyers are not promised upgrades that can’t be accommodated.
