Sales agent was great. The quality of my house is wonderful. Design studio experience were alright. Could have a better agent who give you details. But overall experience is great.

Check out the home very closely when the chance arrives because the builder does not develop building prints for all modelsl

I initially enjoyed working with the KB people. What I want other homebuyers to know is almost all the basic things that should be included with the home is an upgrade (meaning more money)! Was told that I had an extra 28,000 for additional upgrades.I was mislead & couldn't get the patio that I really wanted so badly!

Amazing experience all the way up until fixing minor issues after closing. If they can manage to get in gear in that area, the entire experience would be superb. Excellent quality and workmanship. The sales agent, Paxton, was stellar!

From the Broker, Design Studio Coordinator to the Construction Foreman it was educational and enjoyable to watch and participate in the creation of my home. I enjoyed every step of the experience and besides the adrenaline rush it was stress free from beginning to end.

Need to improve the quality and workmanship of the homes. There’s a lot of issues with appliances, cabinetry and lack of quality with the finishing touches of the home. Need more attention to details specially with the design center. Lots of mistakes with the choices so it’s back and forth communication to get things resolved is painstaking. I don’t have any complaints with the sales person. Paxton is always on top of any issues and concerns given to him.

We had the best experience possible with KB, from the start with Girlie who was attentive, fun professional and just always there to answer any questions no matter how big or small... to Becky and Heather that handled my loan, truly they were just amazing I cannot even express how grateful I am to these ladies for always guiding me tru the process and making sure to explain everything every step of the way!!! I love these two ladies, they are the reason I never felt overwhelmed or frustrated, I really always felt I would get my home in they’re capable hands! Thank you Becky and Heather! But lastly I don’t want to forget Chris that has always checked in on us to make sure our home is JUST right and that we know how everything functions, I can’t believe how he will always text us back and even come by to help. My experience with KB was excellent Denise whenever, I called he would respond and. Help me. Related to my home. He is a True professional that cares. Also Nastacha at KB would also reach out and ensure all was going well and make herself available to explain things related to KB documents and construction time lines.

I was really impressed with the fact that even after closing escrow I continue to get follow-up calls from KB personnel and if there were any requirements that I felt needed attention and quickly addressed.

The process was excellent with the representatives of KB; each was and is responsive and thorough in their work. Further, they were trustworthy--if something could not be done, they were honest about it. I have a beautiful home!

My experience with KB was pretty great until closing came. First they picked a day for the final walkthrough and did not give me an option. I was told to show up at this time to inspect before closing. When I got there the house was in totally disarray and not close to being finished. Construction manager said he would have it move in ready within the next 5 days. I showed up 7 days later work that was agreed upon was not finished and Moore damage had been done due to trying to finish quickly. Overall I had to go back and forth four times each time was better but not what was promised. I could not trust the manager or his word as I caught him in multiple lies and he tried to hide defects in the house. Luckily I am around construction and knew what to look for. It was not move in ready until the regionals after got involved and put new crews to do the work right were called it. After living here for a few months now I can really see how poor quality of a build this home is. If you want quality look else where. If you want cheep work with a poor coverup call KB home. ... More
