My wife and I have been searching for a used home for over 2 years. We couldn't find one we loved that was going to put us in debt for the rest of our lives. Fast forward to today and we are in our custom BRAND NEW KB Home designed just the way we like it. Our 1st son has his own room, grandpa does too and there is still room to spare. The community is amazing and everyone is so friendly. It was an amazing process from start to finish with everyone involved being beyond helpful, and not that fake helpful, but genuinely wanting to help. I cannot say enough good things about KB Home.

KB home's slogan, "Built on Relationships" is more than just an advertising gimmick. I can be a real pain when it conmes to details. Because of the relationship built by the on-site sales agent and the site construction foreman, any issues were addressed. Even the issues ten and 30 days later. I went by on a weekly basis and checked the progress and had a laundry list that were all addressed. They do want to make sure you are satisfied.

It wasn't the best experience or the best material that were used for the house, but we had a pretty good experience. Always got notifications, updates and walk through's during the stages of the build. The material could use a big improvement moving forward.

I don’t know why I didn’t do this sooner! Even though COVID-19 slowed the process down slightly, I am beyond excited over my new purchase. I love my new home! I love all of the memories we’ve already began to make! My home is beautiful, and I am so proud!

WHAT WAS PROMISED WAS NOT GIVEN TO US!!! THE AMOUNT ON UPGRADES WE SPENT AND THE PRODUCT THAT WAS GIVEN TO US (DAMAGED) AND THEY KEEP ON TELLING US THAT WE WILL FIX A BRAND NEW PRODUCT IS UNACCEPTABLE AND BTW STILL NOT FIXED WAITING ON THEM TO CALL

I still have things waiting to get done for when I first moved in nobody ever called me about my house vibrating when trash trucks go by . Very disappointed
