The whole KB team from start to finish was great. Very clear, very responsive.

Sales and Loan teams were excellent! Lots of cosmetic issues and some structure issues..promised quick fixes to the issues but yet to be done.

The sales agent at kb home was wonderful. The loan officer at kb home help answered all my questions. The kb home designer help me design my home remotely which help alot with my busy schedule.

Our sales rep, Susana, was incredible during the home buying process. I know there was a lot on her plate and she remembered everything we asked of her and she got it done. Very friendly and great at her job. She made us feel welcome and not pressured in any way to buy or upgrade anything. We got exactly what we asked for and she made it happen. Working with Deb for all of the design studio decisions was a delight. She made the design process fun and helped with any design and color choices we were unsure of. She was very informative of every option, including the price. She is much appreciated and we love our design choices. Our interactions with Brandon, our construction superintendent, were friendly every time. He informed us of everything that was installed in the house. Every meeting with him was pleasant and exciting since we got to see more progress on our house. He had the house built perfectly, minus any small repairs, but those were fixed afterwards with the help of our customer success manager Johnny. Johnny has been on it from day one. He has been incredible in getting all of our small fixes addressed. We gave him a decent list of fixes and he was able to schedule almost all of them in the same day. We appreciate that so much. Overall everyone we worked with had our best interest at heart and seemed to genuinely care about our need and decisions with the house and home buying process. Things take time, especially with it being a brand new community and we appreciate everyone we worked with at KB. I highly recommend these people at KB Homes. Purchasing a brand new home was always a dream. Jason and the lab team really made things a lot easier from keeping us up to date, sending progress pictures of the house and making sure we were happy with everything. We are extremely happy from start to finish, we are so happy and excited about our new home, Thank you KB team for a wonderful experience.

We loved the entire purchase process. From the first visit to the Sales office touring the Models to being handed our Keys. The Sales team was outstanding. All our questions answered quickly. Always available and responsive. During construction, we were given every opportunity to follow the building progress and all our concerns and questions were addressed. The build quality is exceptional. All of our options were just as we expected, high quality and beautiful. We highly recommend anyone looking for a New home to consider KB Homes!

In purchasing my home I found the staff at KB homes knowledgeable, patient and kind. Specifically Jason, Scott & Will. They patiently answered my questions, helped me with decisions and went above and beyond to make my home buying experience less stressful. There are others that were helpful but these three men, stand out among the rest for helping me make my home vision come true.

Low process was a train and one and I’m going through a couple different avenues and that parts is a pain in the butt. Since then. Once she moved in, everything has been great. Couple little things. They got taken care of immediately. With a fast response time again just the way Customer Service should be.

I highly appreciated the process of buying the KB home who’s is now my home. All the steps went smoothly, communications, agents was friendlly , all my questions were always answered , administration I recommend new buyer to come to KB home you will be satisfied in all the processes.
