Home buying part was great very knowledgeable and communicative sales ladies We weren't able to choose the options for the house because it was almost completely built when we decided to purchase. We don't like The materials for (counter tops) the kitchen and bathroom I would have never chosen not durable for heavy use. Not enough windows in the house, rooms are very dark not enough natural light comes in, no outlets to install room fans, it would be very expensive to add fans to any rooms.

We absolutely loved every single person that helped us buy this home. Susana and Philip (and his team) were present, helpful, responsive, and solved every minor problem we had with the home. From day one, we had help with all of our questions. We are very happy with our home. Our only issue was KBHS loans. They were NOT responsive, especially Kevin in particular, I would never want to work with KBHS home loans again. They did give us a lower interest rate. (Which we had to buy down) we would have found a different lender because of all of the communication issues with KBHS loans, but they lock you into a contract where they keep your deposit if you back out. Loan process was easy until it came time to close all these excuses if what was needed or missing kept pushing closing back a week then back another week! Upgrades in home have poor craftsmanship dings scrapes & scratches on upgraded cabinets Tub insert not connected to wall attachment this creates repairmen to come make a mess to fix the issues that should have been completed correctly in the first place Holes in ceilings around fire sprinkler and around outlet covers Faulty plumbing causing flooding in the house first day we moved in

Suzanne, was so kind and helpful. This is why I made the decision to purchase this home. This was my fourth brand new home. The few people I met while building this house were also very helpful like Scott and Mike but anyone in higher offices were very rude and not helpful I would not recommend Kb Homes to anyone, very cheaply, built so disappointed.

KB subcontractors do not pay attention to details, appears they just want to finish the job. I found several problems for a new house, heater was not working, gutters were not sealed and leveled correctly when I talked to subcontractor to repair them was reluctant to do it. Roof was missing a tile and some other were not aligned properly and same situation subcontractor did not have disposition to fix the problem I had to insist the roof had problems. More over one window not finished outside is missing a piece, main door entrance not sealed properly, found problems under kitchen island, the list continues. Appears that the house did not have a good inspection by profesional inspectors during construction. I feel disappointed with my KB home purchase I bought a new house before did not have to deal with these many issues Sales department was good My comment for KB is check quality work on companies they hire ... KB personal, the sales team and construction management, were all very professional and helpful. They gave me guidance on every step of the home buying process. The new house was delivered to me very timely and KB followed up with me several times to assure I knew how to manage the new home's various amenities.

Our entire team from KB homes that we dealt with, including Dawn, Richard, Phillip and Ruben were amazing. They made the process very easy and communicated very well. They ensured our home was done to our liking.

I love my house, and KB has been great at fixing any issues that arise

Home is beautiful, however, there were a lot of little details that did not meet my expectations for the price paid. Cabinets had issues, crown molding had issues, flooring seems uneven in some areas.

The sale rep Donna was really helpful and we can’t thank her enough. She kept encouraging and worked with us to the end and we are so happy we were able to get this home. Thanks to the builder too for their support as well with several price deductions to match up with the sale of our condo in order to be able to buy the new home

Working with KB Homes has been great, every step of the process has been made easier by helpful and knowledgeable staff in the Sales Office, the Design Center, and in the field. Some quality issues have shown up after move-in but the KB Team has continued their effort to get all the issues fixed as soon as they, or their contractors, can.

I love my home im so happy with it! I would recommend kb homes to family and friends

The house is amazing, there are a few things to be fix but the crews fix them asap.

The administrative side of things (studio visit and sales agents) we're great. Couldn't ask for an easier experience! Sales agents and our loan officer were absolutely FANTASTIC. KB is a reputable company but I was disappointed in the quality of the home. The longer we're here, the more we see paint that doesn't match, drywall repairs that were never fully repaired, and walls or base that isn't/aren't straight. Paint isn't a huge issue...I have almost ten years of experience in the paint world that I can fix these issues myself, they're just cumbersome. The nails and trash in our backyard, I'll never understand. We had to pick them all up ourselves and luckily we didn't step on one. They were EVERYWHERE as if workers threw them carelessly. I will say, when our hood was collapsing over our stove, someone fixed it right away. The super and all those working for KB have been great. I can't stress that enough. I understand these homes are built fast and efficiently, but I guess we were just expecting better quality. The shower rod that was placed in the guest bath wasn't actually on properly and was missing hardware. We purchased a new one ourselves. Overall, we're happy to just own a home in California. And do want to thank KB for their professionalism throughout the buying process. ... More

A big issue In the house is taking over a month to fix. More issues arise as initial problem hasn’t been fixed. Dealing with our representative is just a pain and an overall bad experience. She doesn’t know how to resolve and de-escalate issues/situations. Would wish to have a more professional representatives and a better built home.

It was long process and if you’re patient it can become well worth it
