Bad experience all around

Loan process was easy until it came time to close all these excuses if what was needed or missing kept pushing closing back a week then back another week! Upgrades in home have poor craftsmanship dings scrapes & scratches on upgraded cabinets Tub insert not connected to wall attachment this creates repairmen to come make a mess to fix the issues that should have been completed correctly in the first place Holes in ceilings around fire sprinkler and around outlet covers Faulty plumbing causing flooding in the house first day we moved in

Very poor workmanship noticed across different areas of home. Home looks new, but feeling is old becuase of numerous issued noticed after we moved in. It has been over 2 months since we closed Escrow, but warrany folks have been unable to resolve all issues. Issues that have been resolved were not done on a timely manner either. I truely feel that there was a lack of supervising from KB Home during the time home was buiilt resulted, due to which all the messy situations wr are going through now.
