Newly built homes are probe to problems but I think some of it can be avoided if builders provide more time to quality check eveything before final sale. But I do appreciate KB Homes quick response to any is*****s.

I was disappointed with several aspects of the homebuying process and felt it did not meet my expectations. Some finishes and materials did not meet the standard I anticipated for the price paid, and there were minor issues that needed attention. Communication was sometimes unclear, and I felt that updates or timelines could have been more transparent. Given the issues I encountered, I did not feel the home fully reflected the value promised. While some concerns were addressed, there were delays in responses and resolution that caused frustration. My experience was above and beyond my expectations! It was as if I was working with trusted lifetime friends. They listened, acted timely, answered questions with knowledge and professionalism and I felt they truly cared! From working with Andria in the sales office to working with Susan and Isabel in lending and escrow, to the building side with Matt and Rudy I was taken care of. Overall experience was good. Build quality of the homes are good. Builder can improve to provide more customizations and latest options (modern)

Do not use Kb lender , they don't know how to calculate mortgage payments ,certain people don't calculate correctly and even told when there wrong. This was also addressed to Nick the manager and still the issue is occurring.

It nice location. Shopping center in two miles.

The KB home team here has made the home purchasing experience much more enjoyable. We would choose to do it all over again with KB homes if given the opportunity.

Fantastic staff and a wonderful 1st time home buyer experience! Sales Representative Anya was friendly and knowledgeable, She followed up promptly for any of my questions, when construction started Doug and his team keep me timely updates about the progress of construction, I really recommend people to buy new construction way better than old homes which are almost same prices.

KB homes builds a great home no issues. The only complaint is that I would like paint to touch up the walls. I love our dream home. I'm so happy that we went through KB homes.
