KB Home Reviews in Oakland Alameda, CA

I am happy with my purchase for the location I bought my home in. Only complain is about the finishing of my home. For the price I paid, I expected better value in things like thermostats, a very cheap COR thermostat is offered, and that cannot be changed if you don't want to void the warranty. Another thing I didn't like about KB is that, lack of hook ups for ceiling fans and in built speaker wiring system. This doesn't cost a lot, but we were not given any choice to upgrade too, as we bought the home little late in the process. I think such things should be included in a home which is priced over a million dollar. ... More

Helpful sales staffs.

the quality and designs of new houses has been improved a lot, but there are still some rooms for KB home to further improve.

Really disappointed with the some of the house quality feature vs what being communicated.

Awesome community , location and beautiful houses.

From the sales team to the detailer and final walk through we are extremely happy with our experience and our new home!

Our home purchase was completely smooth. We enjoyed the home designing experience and the walk through sessions of how our house is being built. The final walk thru and handover was a very pleasant experience with Nicole. She is the BEST!!

The KB team provides excellent customer services in all aspects of home buying.
