Everyone was very friendly, *****eous, and highly professional.

My wife & I saw plenty of places in Orange County, all of them were new builds. What stood out with KB homes was the construction standards and attention to how people will use the space. Especially when square footage is at a premium in SoCal. Recommend folks stop by and take a look before making your decision. Hard to see the details online.

The overall finishing work of the house construction is unsatisfactory, and there are many areas where the work has been left incomplete or done in a careless and substandard manner.

Vanessa- kb homes sales very helpfull & responsive Trevor- kb homes did a good job on doing paint retouch,, explanation on how appliances works and fixed all items that needed to be fixed in the new homes. Overall, the unit #63 was constructed satisfactory. I will recommend my friends to consider KB Homes when buying new homes.

Precisely handled by builder from the day one to the closing.

The house has been great so far for the 2 months that I’ve lived here. The warranty process on the other hand has been less than ideal. We’ve had some damage before delivery that needed to be replaced and it was submitted during the first month of purchase and the guy was really helpful but nothing has been done so far.

The home buying process was great - I just wish there were more options like more solar panels. However, after moving in, I found numerous issues, especially with my windows. After 2 months, almost all my issues were fixed except for one that is difficult to resolve. The customer support was great - I just wish they didn't need to provide so much support. KB Home should've done a better job in the beginning.
