We had an exceptional rating in every category because amidst the pandemic, and builders in a rush to get projects completed to appease their investors, KB Home Prado at Cadence Park, Irvine, had one thing on their mind: Quality! They delivery a turn-key property and with terrific accuracy and craftmanship. Everything from Sales, Lending, Design Studio, and Construction, was an amazing experience! We will continue to buy into the KB brand!

Jennifer did a great job on ensuring that the home buying experience was smooth as possible. She was quick to answer questions and followed up quickly through calls and emails. Robert and Phil were very helpful on finding solutions when we encountered some issues with the home.

I had a wonderful experience with the home buying experience. The biggest downfall is whoever painted the house left many paint marks on my tiled floors.

The builder for my KB home property was amiable and very willing to help with any issue that occurred during and after the construction. It was nice to receive weekly updates on the construction process of my property from the builder with images.

KB provided a great home buying experience. Shannon, Scott and the team were all great.

KB cares a lot about their official rating, they tell everyone to give them the best rating with the promise that they will resolve any underlying issues with the home post sales but they don't want the customer to include their true feedback in the rating survey. Everyone was attentively calling me until the 1 month rating survey came through and radio silence since then. Of course, they quietly retrieve and their service goes downhill after the purchase is finalized. Their rating means nothing given how they play the game. Awesome experience and very attentive to home owners!

While there were some issues, that needed major attention I would like to take a moment to highlight two people that in our opinion, went above and beyond to not only ensure that the many situations was addressed but personally ensured that we were informed every step of the way. First I would like to highlight Raul Garcia, Raul was not only personally involved in every aspect of the home buying experience, even once the home was handed over Raul, would stop to visit, call , text and answers all questions that we might have. Raul not just listened to our concerns he heard what we were saying and took the necessary steps to remedy the issue as best he would. He connected us with the right people and stayed engaged the entire process. The second person I would like to is Robert (Bob) Dinsmore from the moment that Bob got involved with the issues revolving the broken and none functioning appliances, Bob did everything that he could to make sure that we were taken care of, like Raul, Bob would ask detail questions about the situation and understood that at times the situation caused by faulty appliances placed the entire household in danger of coming in contact with COVID-19. The customer service from the sales staff to the construction crew have made this a great buying experience.

Eddie, Nathan, and Janice has been really helpful and approachable during the whole process. Eddie is always willing to help me solve any problem I have. Nathan is always there to smoothen any imperfections of the house and he did a wonderful job building it. Although there are still some issues with the house that still need to be solved with the customer service such as the cabinet hinges, flooring issue, falling paint in the master closet, and some sealant needs to be improved, the overall experience is enjoyable and the effort from both Eddie and Nathan is greatly appreciated.

The staff at Paseo Del Mar are friendly and make themselves available to you as much as possible. They are not only knowledgeable but also mindful of the concerns buyers have.

Purchasing process was very smooth.
