I would have expected the builder to give option to buyers to do some upgrades after building the house being they are the builder.

I had an excellent experience buying my home at KB Home; everyone from sales (Eddie), design/studio (Virginia & Shah) and construction manager/Superintendent (Robert) and his assistant (Handel) all are very friendly, professional and provided excellent services. I would highly recommend my friends and family to buy a home with KB Home.

Our family has nothing but wonderful things to say about our experiences with the KB team here at Euclid Place. From the beginning John has been wonderful working with us to purchase our home and his sales colleague Eddie has also been helpful even if he wasn’t our sales representative. We’re always treated kindly and our questions were answered right away. Robert, Handel, and the entire construction crew have done an awesome job with our home and we are so happy with it. KB Home provides customer services are the best. The technicians are very responsive and skillful.

The post move in maintenance has been excellent. John Dean has been very responsive and professional.

The KB team was very helpful and made the purchase super easy for us.

1. Credit from standard options that can be applied towards to upgrades - This is really not true. They do make it look its true on little things like the faucets that you can check outside but anything that goes in thousands and the exact model is not found in the stores they added at least a 50% premium mixing up with poor quality items. 2. Design studio's misleading sampling technique - sample items they showed in the design studio looks intentionally misleading. Flooring sample they have shown did not represent what they have actually installed. A small percentage of the difference can be acceptable but almost 50% of the planks installed were not the sample shown. 3. The house was delayed by more than a month - it can be understood if the the house is delayed by a month from the beginning of the construction. Sales reps told us the house will be ready in 2 weeks but it actually took 5 weeks. ... More

We are pleased to move in to our new home in Elderberry, Portola Springs Irvine. We thank KB Home customer service of their responsiveness to our request of any touch up works that are needed once we move in. They know our concerns and schedule appointments quickly and have people come over to do touch up works. Thank you for the attention and courtesy that KB Home customer service has shown to us.

Excellent service and sales rep sue

The purchasing process was wonderful, the sales office is great, the workmanship was a bit sloppy but they corrected upon requests. Loving our new home!
