We are very happy and satisfied with our home buying experience. Thanks to our very kind and informative realtor Mark who walk us through thorougly and helped us to close on just 18 days. We are also thankful to our loan officer team Juan and Janelle who is always on top of everything to help us get the best interest rate and maximize our incentives. We are very happy with all the assistance pre buying and post buying service they provide us. We are happy and proud KB home owner. The house is fit for our needs and the locations is really what we wanted.

KB has checked all of our boxes. I have a big family my wife and 4 kids. Trying to find a home that fits all of our needs for the right price was tough. KB provided us with multiple options and we was able to find our dream home. 5 Bedrooms 3 Baths with a loft and big backyard. Happy we decided to go with KB Homes. The process was made easy and simple with their available resources and teams. Walker was an expert in selling, while Tony was an expert in managing the building of our home. We also used their loan services and Melanie, our representative was wonderful to work with.

Good experience of this property

All the people that I worked with were very great to work with. My english is not that good and so had to say the same thing over and over again, but they were still very patient with my english and were very helpful. I worked with Kelly, William, Rosanna, Michael, and others and they were all very helpful and working with them was great. Selling my old property was taking longer because I had to fix some issues from the buyer's inspection report and so I was kind of late in working on getting a loan, but they didn't pressure me at all, but was all the more just willing to help me to get everything worked out in the end. Hands down, the easiest and best home buying experience. We highly recommend KB Homes for all home buyers. They are very punctual, extremely nice and beyond helpful. We’re first time home owners and out of all the other company’s we could’ve bought a home from, KB won us over. Even the builders (Travis and his team) has gone above and beyond for us when needed.

The purchase was very easy and the same until we move in I am satisfied with the price of the house. The builder team was exelent, Tony the manager and his team are very profecional and respond fast and fix the request
