We love our one story floor plan and spacious backyard and side yard. We are satisfied with the upgrade options we selected and overall, very happy! The KB Home team offered great communication and customer service. Our Sales Rep Diana was amazing. She kept us updated and sent photos from the moment the construction began. Doug and Carter (superintendents) provided weekly build updates. Michael from KB Home Loans was responsive and guided us to get where we needed for our loan.
