Great buying experience! We were constantly updated every week on the progress of the home. After we moved in, people were still checking up on us to make sure there were no issues. The issues that we did have, were taken care of in a timely manner!

Smooth process and stress free

Everything was good in the process of purchase.

We received weekly updates as to the progress of our home which was very helpful. We have great communication with the Superintendent Steve and assistant Superintendent, Rob. Customer service, Rod and Robert, have been excellent, very responsive and efficient. The design center specialist, Jessica, was so knowledgeable and helpful. KB has made water efficiency a priority with rain sensors and a fully landscaped front yard and drip sprinkler system. This one story design is spacious and very desirable. We love the home!

Loved the home buying experience with KB!

It was a wonderful experience. Every person we had contact with was very friendly and helpful. We had a few things that needed to be done and the kb staff was able to help fix or correct the issues.

It was an easy experience purchasing a home with KB Homes. During our walk-through prior to closing, everything was explained in detail. It looked like the house was made with great care for details. Joseph, the builder, went far and beyond, by giving advice and tips on the community. After our move-in, Joseph was very responsive with regard questions and minor repair. Also, he is quick to act to resolve the issue. We are definitely satisfied and happy with the quality of the home and the builder's support after move-in.

My wife and I really enjoyed our home buying experience with KB. From the sales department to the final walk through each team member made us feel comfortable. They answered all of our questions and still are a month after closing escrow. Thank you.

Great customer service and professional support

Buying a home in Los Angeles is no easy job. KB Homes laid down the process in easy steps. Just follow the process if you like the house and want to really buy it. They will help you along the way. Customer service is top notch and they take care of you post closing as well.

Both Luis and Joseph have been very responsive to issues, they return calls & text immediately and are quick to resolve them. Very happy with their support throughout the whole process.

There are different teams involved and guided us all the way. The KB mortgage, the weekly update of the construction, overall, their communication is superb. Can't thank you enough.
