In my experience, KB Home staff made the whole experience pleasant and rewarding. I feel they cared just as much after the closing on the property as before, quickly taking care of items that needed some attention.

A lot of upgrades or new state of the art features came with the home that I had no clue but made the process so much cooler. Enjoy every bit of this home, my home. The builder Gregory was amazing to work with, top of the line professional.

Some bumps in the road but we are overall happy with our purchase. Had a small list of things that needed to be addressed when moving in but everyone has been helpful to fix things in a timely manner.

The Covid Pandemic caused construction delays and it became frustrating to wait but the final product and service provided by KB was very professional and responsive.

I had a great experience overall from our sales representative, loan officer, customer service and even construction. I would definitely buy another home with KB in the future.

Our KB experience was a long process 1year 1month, however Ceaser and Elizabeth were consistent with their follow up and commited to holding up what they said they were going to do. Even after I closed Ceaser went above and beyond to make sure anything that needed fixing was done.

We purchased our first new home. The experience went smoothly throughout the whole process. Our sales report Jodie has been amazing from the first day we came to see the model homes. She kept us updated on the progress of our new construction build. Our Customer Service Rep AJ has been great. No new home is perfect and there were a few very minor items found after the move in, but AJ was on top of things. All those minor issues were resolved in a timely manner. Sonia at the Design Studio provided us great guidance during the selection process as it can be stressful not knowing what to select and if your making the right choice. Kudos to the KB team!
