KB is awesome, they walked me through the process from beginning to end. Always kept me updated from our sales person to the construction group. Any questions I had I could always reach out and get an answer. Up until now I been in my home a month now and everyone in the team checks up to see how its going if anything is needed I know who call.

A lot of upgrades or new state of the art features came with the home that I had no clue but made the process so much cooler. Enjoy every bit of this home, my home. The builder Gregory was amazing to work with, top of the line professional.

Some bumps in the road but we are overall happy with our purchase. Had a small list of things that needed to be addressed when moving in but everyone has been helpful to fix things in a timely manner.

The Covid Pandemic caused construction delays and it became frustrating to wait but the final product and service provided by KB was very professional and responsive.

I had a great experience overall from our sales representative, loan officer, customer service and even construction. I would definitely buy another home with KB in the future.

Our KB experience was a long process 1year 1month, however Ceaser and Elizabeth were consistent with their follow up and commited to holding up what they said they were going to do. Even after I closed Ceaser went above and beyond to make sure anything that needed fixing was done.
