My recent purchase is the second home I have at Spring Mountain Ranch - I love the very reasonable home price, the available choice of homes, the larger distance between the homes, and the rolling terrain area. Living at Spring Mountain Ranch is great!!

Short of being a full scale custom home as traditionally viewed, the KB experience let’s you come very close with picking the lot, plan, options and selecting from the design center. Throughout there are personal touches of design that make sense and adds comfort in smaller spaces. The sales and construction team is there every step of the way, I mean every step! Ask as many questions as you like and you get weekly updates on the building status. This experience was great, it had ups and downs like most things do, but it was mainly because of covid. Covid had slowed things down and had a lot of things on back order, just like most places. But this builder still pushed through and completed my home. Working with this builder was great! The staff, Jeff, and everyone involved with getting my home made it amazing as well.

The help provided by the team, they helped from day 1 to even after we started living in the house. The team cares for the buyers and always felt we were in the same team
