KB home has a top-notch team in place at the Verano site. Jean works tirelessly getting everything just right for each home being built. We felt that his attention to our home was focused. He always answered questions and fixed little things when we brought them to his attention, as we visited the site a lot while the home was being built. Lizette always helped with our questions and went out of her way to find answers to questions she didn't have ready knowledge of. We felt very much involved with the process of the building of our home.

Buying any home is stressful. With KB it they are informative and caring. They make sure you are satisfied and if you aren’t they right it. I recommend if you’re looking for a new build, KB is the way to go.

KB Home staffs are very friedly and helpful. Everytime we have a question and problem. They are always help us and solve our problems. I'm happy and enjoy our new home for KB Home. I will introduce KB Home to all my firends for KB Home's service and quality.

This was a pain free experience. There was great communication throughout the process from first looking at the home to deciding which one we wanted then from going into contract to closing and even after closing. I felt home before I even moved in.

Everything was great! Very helpful and the weekly updates kept us excited. It was great seeing the process and the team was great with explaining where they were at and what we could expect to be done during the week. Always answered our questions and everybody was patient while the talked is through the whole process!

Been here a little over a month and have had a bunch of issues with the house from electrical to plumbing to paint. Thought I was buying a quality home from a quality builder. Sense of urgency is just not where it should be to get issues resolved. Not too happy.

Sara is the best sales agent or customers service agent in the company Chad is the best loan officer in the world every one of the ladies at the design center in Temecula are wonderful they made designing our home a blast we wish we could go to them and do it all again

Builders supervisor Daniel was outstanding I revised a weekly update on him and he quickly responded to my questions and work request, Ms Sara Sosa she is very helpful and very professional in every aspect.

This is my first KB Home and it’s the best home I’ve ever owned. I’ve owned a DR Horton home and the workmanship was poor and the customer service was very poor. Love my new KB Home.

I like my new home and neighborhood.

I’ve paid for two months of solar panels that were supposed to be activated within 8-12 weeks after closing. It's been 8 weeks and now SoCal Edison is saying 12-16 more weeks. My current electric bill is going be over $400! I am strictly restricting my family from using electricity but yet still have a $400 bill. I can't sustain this for three to four more months!
