the buying process was good minus issues related to the lender. After moving in, I have noticed a lot of poor building. Builders cut a lot of corners thus requiring things to be repaired after. The front door was not aligned properly thus the door will have to be reset, the shower drain in the master bathroom was installed improperly and thus the drain is off by about an inch. Inside the kitchen cabinets, their are screw protruding through about a quarter inch. The air conditioner had no freon possibly for reason that none was initially put in and thus the house was increasing in temperature every night into the mid to high 80s or their is a leak somewhere in the house. HVac worker who came to fix the issue checked for leaks however none were found at this time. If problem persists and the new freon added is quickly used then walls will need to be removed to locate the leak. We love our home, especially the upgrades we made! We had two issues, one was with the finance side and not being as upfront as we would hope (apparently that person has been let go since then), second was that we had to wait two weeks past our final inspection to move into the home due to Edison not installing our meter on time. Other than those issues our overall experience with KB was great!

The worst decision you can make is to buy a Kb home. From the service to the craftsmanship of the home, staying away is the best thing you can do for yourself and your family.

Everyone was extremely helpful and communicative throughout the whole process. I was never left wondering what was happening or misinformed.

Had a really great buying experience. Diana communicated through the whole process. The house is beautiful with very big backyard. I would spend more time looking at the upgrades if I could redo the process again.

The new home is great! Kb homes held my hands from beginning of signing to buy the home to close of escrow. After moving into my new home, I can still call on homes team to fix anything that needs fixing. Great team and excellent services.

I was informed and guided every step through the process. Everyone was very patient with me if I didn’t understand something and would explain it until I got it. The superintendents and KB representatives were great. They were always available for my questions and if not, they would always get right back me in a timely manner. On one occasion, something small needed to be repaired. The Superintendent actually came over and repaired it himself! I’m very impressed and pleased with my choice of purchasing a KBHome.

The process started off a little rocky however Liset turned it around. She was very personable and tried to learn more about what made me happy and didn’t stop until I closed. Finance could use some work.

I HAD AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE AT KB HOME. I BOUGHT A HOME THAT WAS A HOME THAT FELL OUT OF ESCROW SO I WAS ABLE TO CLOSE VERY QUICKLY. LOVE MY NEW HOME AND THE QUALITY AND WORKMANSHIP. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS 110%. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND KB HOME.

Contractors are always helping out and are fast to fix anything that I have found broken. These guys are always on it. Always checking up, great experience overall.

The entire process from initial purchase to final move -in was very easy.The builder’s team did what they promised. They updated and responded to us in a timely fashion. Home buying can be quite stressful but KB made the process less so.

My first experience purchasing a new home could not have gone smoother with the help of Wendy and KB. They are always there with answers with no matter what question I had whether it be big or small. After our move in, they were checking up on my wife and I and very responsive if we needed anything.

Overall great experience. KB Home buying was smooth and easy. From the loan, to insurance, to title company, everything was from KB which made the whole process easy.
