Everything went smooth since the first day, everyone has been helpful and supportive. From purchase (thanks Pat) through construction (thanks Robert and Ramon), mortgage (thanks Debra, Rosanna), post delivery support (thanks AJ), options (thanks Sonia) everything was perfect.

My customer service rep Jodi & superintendent Daniel were excellent, they were both very responsive, they got issues resolved in a timely manner!

We had a great experience with Tonja. The home designer could have been more accurate with the details. Cabinet lighting was missed. Also the over hang light over the island was issued. The overall experience was good.

Buying a house is very stressful specially as a 1st time home buyer. I did a lot of research and ask alot of advice from family and friends and still I’m not confident in getting a house because I feel I’m not completely equipped with knowledge of owning one until I met Lorraine M. (KB agent) which help us and introduced us to Diamond D.( Loan Officer of KB) who help us in every step of the way. She showed us different ways to get our 1st house and what will work best for us and because of this I confidently made an informed decision on owning my first house. She is very knowledgeable, accommodating and trustworthy. Kudos to Luis (KB new home walk in officer/agent) introduced us to our new house showed us all the fixtures and amenities of the house, answered all our questions and offer a post home transfer touch up repair. Good sales agent, but HOA or solar system contacts are poor to we have to keep asking who what and how

Just know the home buying experience is a little longer with KB homes due to the amount of documents you’re constantly signing. Other than that the house was well built and any issues have been dealt with in a decent amount of time.

We had great support from everyone. Our new homeowner orientation went great and Cecil was kind enough with answering our questions even after we moved in. To cap it all, the workers are very responsive whenever we call.

We had a very positive experience with the whole process of purchasing this new home, and to note it is our family’s first home. My kids love that they have their own rooms and I personally like the style of the house itself. Everyone that we encountered throughout this journey were very nice, polite, and responds quick to any of our concerns or questions. Overall we had a great experience.

KB Homes Sales team is very helpful and prompt. KB Home loans team, is wonderful. They help you in every aspect. KB Home Insurance is the most competitive price in the home owner insuarance. Also the construction team support is excellent and customer support team is also very nice. Definitely recommend KB homes to everyone.

The house has been occupied since January 2023, and still no usage of Solar System. Shame om KB Homes and SunPower with their poor quality of service. Nobody cares after we have bought the house!!

The hoa is a mess. The fee mentioned when buying the house is completely different from the hoa fee that needs to be paid now. It has been processed for two weeks, and there is still no result. Some workers such as the hoa property manager are playing football to shirk responsibility! If you buy a house again, you probably won’t choose KB！

I find it's overall good experience to work with KB home and customer service team. I have a few recommendations here. 1. this house has a SunPower connection issue. The SunPower technician have come three times but were unable to switch it on. It seems some wires are messed up during construction. This needs to be addressed ASAP. 2. my mailbox key is not working. I was advised to go to mail office myself to find it out and Customer Service team is not able to offer more help. This can be improved as well.

The building is energy efficient, with no air cracks, quiet, and motion sensors in the lavatories and garage to turn off lights and conserve energy. Straight Edges, clean paint Job, modern building concept with modern appliances. It is indeed a well-thought-out energy-efficient smart building with Solar panels.

Weekly customer updates and progress of the house they are building. They provide customer incentives to lock the rates.

KB sales and mortgage are awful to deal with. Very unprofessional, and they did not help get me into this house, I had to resort to another lender. The communication was awful, the loan rep had zero experience and professionalism. Being a first time homebuyer, it truly was an awful experience. I’m also waiting on some minor repairs that were pointed out in my walk-through that are important to me, but don’t seem important to the builders. communication has not been good. Overall, it has not been a good experience. However, we do love her home and we are glad this is behind us although we’re still waiting on the minor repairs.
