Service quality professional after-sales patience

We had a very positive experience with the whole process of purchasing this new home, and to note it is our family’s first home. My kids love that they have their own rooms and I personally like the style of the house itself. Everyone that we encountered throughout this journey were very nice, polite, and responds quick to any of our concerns or questions. Overall we had a great experience.

KB Homes Sales team is very helpful and prompt. KB Home loans team, is wonderful. They help you in every aspect. KB Home Insurance is the most competitive price in the home owner insuarance. Also the construction team support is excellent and customer support team is also very nice. Definitely recommend KB homes to everyone.

The entire experience from visiting the sales office of KB, to purchasing and moving in was awesome! Thanks KB Team for making it all happen for us to become new home owners!

The house has been occupied since January 2023, and still no usage of Solar System. Shame om KB Homes and SunPower with their poor quality of service. Nobody cares after we have bought the house!!

The hoa is a mess. The fee mentioned when buying the house is completely different from the hoa fee that needs to be paid now. It has been processed for two weeks, and there is still no result. Some workers such as the hoa property manager are playing football to shirk responsibility! If you buy a house again, you probably won’t choose KB！

I find it's overall good experience to work with KB home and customer service team. I have a few recommendations here. 1. this house has a SunPower connection issue. The SunPower technician have come three times but were unable to switch it on. It seems some wires are messed up during construction. This needs to be addressed ASAP. 2. my mailbox key is not working. I was advised to go to mail office myself to find it out and Customer Service team is not able to offer more help. This can be improved as well.

The building is energy efficient, with no air cracks, quiet, and motion sensors in the lavatories and garage to turn off lights and conserve energy. Straight Edges, clean paint Job, modern building concept with modern appliances. It is indeed a well-thought-out energy-efficient smart building with Solar panels.

Weekly customer updates and progress of the house they are building. They provide customer incentives to lock the rates.

KB sales and mortgage are awful to deal with. Very unprofessional, and they did not help get me into this house, I had to resort to another lender. The communication was awful, the loan rep had zero experience and professionalism. Being a first time homebuyer, it truly was an awful experience. I’m also waiting on some minor repairs that were pointed out in my walk-through that are important to me, but don’t seem important to the builders. communication has not been good. Overall, it has not been a good experience. However, we do love her home and we are glad this is behind us although we’re still waiting on the minor repairs. Very good experience with sales people

The process was swift. The house is /material is good. I love the layout/designs. KB team responds timely. They guide me aling the way.

Long experience but it was smooth

KB made the experience great the entire time. They have the best sales team and customer service team even after you close. They also were willing to give us more credits towards closing than any other builder we dealt with and accepted a lower asking price than the listed price. Thanks KB

Great customer services but the material they use to build is not great. Finished are bad, no detail on finishing the job especially when they use local suppliers they used knockoffs materials. for examples, the granite they use on my island was cracked and glued and what they claimed it ( the supplier) fissures. Well I m sorry, that is not fissure that is cracked and glued granite. So the site manager should check on the projects when it’s done and not signed off until you actually see the material. Other than that, customer service is great

Home buying process was smooth and received frequent updates on the construction

KB home representatives have been very friendly and helpful the entire process. They have also been very responsive to any concerns that I've had.

Everyone that have spoken to from KB has been truly wonderful to speak with. I haven’t have a single issue during the process. KB has truly made this a stress free experience.

The sales lady Sylvia was simply wonderful. The other staff JJ, Hope and others with them were outstanding. I will recommend them strongly.

Good good good good good

Our House delivery was delayed multiple time in the name of quality deliverables. At the end when we got house and started living. We started encountering many major issues (not including smaller issues). 1. Carpet was making noise almost everywhere on 2nd floor. 2. Poor finish at every corner. 3. Poor drainage, our backyard and front yard became swimming just after first rain. 4. Our garage was full of water. 5. Multiple walls joint dont have 90% turn. (Hard to explain but loos very odd) 6. Vinyl planks on first floor are poorly fitted. 7. Couple of cabinets were not even closing and others not fitted properly. 8. To our surprise a huge construction started right after closing which close our backyard for any sunlight for which we opted for this house. Having known this, we would have never bought it. ...
