I had the worst sales rep. I do not recommend anyone to buy from KB homes. Overpromise and very disappointing. The homes are beautiful but some KB employees we very difficult to work with. But there were two outstanding gentlemen who went above and beyond for customer satisfaction. I will give them credit for that.

We feel good about our purchase. Minor issues take time to resolve so be patient. Extremely happy with the home overall. KB personnel are extremely professional and shown a genuine care for our concerns.

this House is good, but the Build quailty is shoddy, the walls break easily. etc etc The doors are Plastic. Our previous home was made by KB and the old house was better than this....

Every single person along the process was helpful. From the salesman, to financing, to contractor. The process was easy. Everyone worked with us. And even after we moved in everyone was still helpful.

They communicated well and even after closing and moving in, they stayed in touch to make sure everything was working smoothly. The experience that I have had has been in the middle of decent and terrible. Being that I have a construction background I know what to look for. I have had to go back and forth with to fix issues that KB deemed as there standers. Apparently rocks under the carpet is normal. Then KB has tried to sell me on the fact that they can just fix everything damaged without a replacement. All KB is doing is getting themselves through the warranty process of a year and moving on and leaving people with the issues. They have also tried to sell me on things like my house fan that wasn’t even working saying it’s just so quiet you can’t hear it. I physically got in my attic and saw that it was missing the most key thing for it to work “the power source.” So over all it’s more toward the negative because I’m supposed to have a new house not a house that’s already having all these issue’s expected better. ... Excellent customer services, punctual closing date and high quality home!

Bought an already completed home, great expereince with all staff including sales, construction and finance. Home has some quality issues but warranty team is quick to respond and repair.

Being an engineer who reviews plans every day, I can tell you that KB works with the best design professionals in the industry. Design documents for structural and AMEP systems were some of the best I've come across. Not only the design plans but the whole experience, starting from sales/marketing, loan processing through KB lending, construction of the home, the move-in, and consistent follow-up from the KB team has been truly amazing. Mark from sales, Jason from KB lending, Luis the superintendent on site have always been available and prompt to address every one of my questions and needs. I could go on, but I'll just end by saying they far exceeded every one of my expectations as a home buyer and owner. ... More

I wanted to say how fast and easy the process was with buying a new home with KB for the first time. As first time home buyers, we were new to the process and unsure how to navigate certain things, however, the steps were easily explained by the team. The construction team was very responsive to our issues after moving in and made efforts and fixed things. We are happy with our home!

Everyone I worked with to buy my home was very helpful.

So many things wrong with the house. Sloppy workmanship on cabinets, baseboard, patio door and carpet. Getting so many appointments scheduled to fix things that should have been done right the first time is cutting into my work schedule and making it hard to get to doctors appointments. So I’m just done. I’m so tired of trying to schedule and reschedule these appointments and have people interfere with my workday that I will likely just leave many items as they are instead of having them fixed.

The staff at KB is first rate. They have been helpful and very responsive to any needs we have had. The floor plan was perfect for our needs.

Had an awesome experience with everyone from Joan with buying process to Dean, Rick, Cody with touring, customer service, responding in time to address our questions, concerns and going above and beyond to make us feel special. We love the KB team and would recommend them to friends and family without hesitation.

The place is a great upgrade from my old house.
