Everyone that have spoken to from KB has been truly wonderful to speak with. I haven’t have a single issue during the process. KB has truly made this a stress free experience.

The sales lady Sylvia was simply wonderful. The other staff JJ, Hope and others with them were outstanding. I will recommend them strongly.

Our House delivery was delayed multiple time in the name of quality deliverables. At the end when we got house and started living. We started encountering many major issues (not including smaller issues). 1. Carpet was making noise almost everywhere on 2nd floor. 2. Poor finish at every corner. 3. Poor drainage, our backyard and front yard became swimming just after first rain. 4. Our garage was full of water. 5. Multiple walls joint dont have 90% turn. (Hard to explain but loos very odd) 6. Vinyl planks on first floor are poorly fitted. 7. Couple of cabinets were not even closing and others not fitted properly. 8. To our surprise a huge construction started right after closing which close our backyard for any sunlight for which we opted for this house. Having known this, we would have never bought it. ... Cecil is a very efficient person

I had the worst sales rep. I do not recommend anyone to buy from KB homes. Overpromise and very disappointing. The homes are beautiful but some KB employees we very difficult to work with. But there were two outstanding gentlemen who went above and beyond for customer satisfaction. I will give them credit for that.

this House is good, but the Build quailty is shoddy, the walls break easily. etc etc The doors are Plastic. Our previous home was made by KB and the old house was better than this....

The experience that I have had has been in the middle of decent and terrible. Being that I have a construction background I know what to look for. I have had to go back and forth with to fix issues that KB deemed as there standers. Apparently rocks under the carpet is normal. Then KB has tried to sell me on the fact that they can just fix everything damaged without a replacement. All KB is doing is getting themselves through the warranty process of a year and moving on and leaving people with the issues. They have also tried to sell me on things like my house fan that wasn’t even working saying it’s just so quiet you can’t hear it. I physically got in my attic and saw that it was missing the most key thing for it to work “the power source.” So over all it’s more toward the negative because I’m supposed to have a new house not a house that’s already having all these issue’s expected better. ... Bought an already completed home, great expereince with all staff including sales, construction and finance. Home has some quality issues but warranty team is quick to respond and repair.

Being an engineer who reviews plans every day, I can tell you that KB works with the best design professionals in the industry. Design documents for structural and AMEP systems were some of the best I've come across. Not only the design plans but the whole experience, starting from sales/marketing, loan processing through KB lending, construction of the home, the move-in, and consistent follow-up from the KB team has been truly amazing. Mark from sales, Jason from KB lending, Luis the superintendent on site have always been available and prompt to address every one of my questions and needs. I could go on, but I'll just end by saying they far exceeded every one of my expectations as a home buyer and owner. ... More
