Overall a great experience. This was our first “new” home purchase and KB made it easy.

The KB home buying experience was fast and easy, great people to work with the minute you walk through the door to the very end, at closing. Love the homes. The location is beautiful, and the new neighborhood is wonderful, the sales staff and contractor are so helpful.

As the first person to move into this community, I can responsibly say that everyone is very nice. Very enthusiastic. Helped us with a lot of difficulties. Also provided us with very much help. I can say that I watched them build up this community little by little. The speed and the neatness of the work are very much recognized. Thank you very much.

Easy purchase home, customer service give a lot helpful information

I am very happy with the home and the neighborhood so far. The best thing was having been able to include all appliances and slab of concrete on the back patio to avoid having to do that after the move. Having to landscape all the dirt and make changes to the front yard has been the most costly and challenging but after it was all done I was glad I had the opportunity to create my home to fit our needs. My child and I can get the support we need right in our environment without needing to go too far and we can entertain our friends much easier.

HE SHOWS HE CARE WHAT HE DOES FOR OUR HOMES.NEVER HAVE ISSUE ANSWERING QUESTIONS. ONE OF THE BREAKER FOR BEHIND REFRIGERATOR WAS NOT WORKING . IT WAS FIXED IN A TIMELY MANNER.

Very happy with the service and the experiences with the home loan and sales process provided by the KB Home team. Also very happy with the construction and how well the house looked during our walk thru.

5 Stars for Jean, Justin, Kyle with the customer service team. He has a quick response time and coordinates with well with vendors to get issues resolved. 5 stars to the sales team (Lizette). The 2 stars is for the the people who handled the final documents and management team, who I was told would contact me when I had issues with closing documents, but I never heard from them. No need to contact me now, since the documents were signed and we been living in our home for about 2 months now.

Everything was smooth and the house was delivered on time and on good qualify. The communication was superb.

They where great in fixing small issues found after move in. Staff is great to work with.

KB home made it super easy for us to buy a house. From beginning to end. The process was easy n not stressful. We previously had another lender and we decided to go with KB lending group. LaVont was always available for any questions we had. Excellent customer service. Final inspection was great, Sergio did an amazing job conducting orientation and showing us all the features the home came with.

It was overall a great experience buying from kb homes. They really care about their customers.

I must say Im glad my family and I purchased a KB Home. There were notable differences between KB Home and other builders. They were honest and forthcoming. The customer service throughout was exceptional! There were several times I reached out to Liz on her off day and she was more than willing to help. Our only gripe was the inconsistencies with the closing date. Most importantly, we love our home, so thank you everyone at KB Home!

Great buying experience! We were constantly updated every week on the progress of the home. After we moved in, people were still checking up on us to make sure there were no issues. The issues that we did have, were taken care of in a timely manner!

Smooth process and stress free

Everything was good in the process of purchase.

Recently purchased home. The low voltage thermostat controls for the HVAC were mis-wired. As a result the upstairs zone controller worked the baffle for the downstairs and the downstairs zone controller worked the upstairs. Easy enough mistake for an installer to make, but 100% should have been caught immediately when the installer tested to make sure both units were working correctly, which clearly was not done. Took KB over a week to have repair addressed. Upon fixing this problem, I looked up in the attic where the technician was working and noticed a flexible duct that had been installed incorrectly. The duct was wedged between a framing 2x4 and the roof and as a result was collapsed which restricted air flow by at least 50%. This explained why the flow of air downstairs was so low compared with the upstairs. Both of these issues are resultant from shoddy workmanship and more importantly poor quality control. There is NO way an inspector approved of the final HVAC installation in the attic with the mis-installed duct work. The technician left black hand prints all over the attic panel opening, easily avoidable or at least greatly minimized by wiping hands on a rag before coming down. KB homes rep was nice and said all would be taken care of and repaired, including painting attic opening. But none of this was necessary if the job was done right and inspected properly. And every time KB has to come out and fix something, like painting an attic opening, I have to take off time from work to meet them there. So even if they fix these issues, and now I wonder how much more I should inspect… I am inconvenienced. ... More
