We had several issues throughout the process. Options(9ft ceilings oppose to 8ft, bathroom vanity) not communicated to us until we realized after the fact, told certain (major) things that turned out not to be true from Sales. Daniel was amazing. He was not only helpful but his overall attitude and approach were always very positive and kind. He absolutely went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care. He’s the only reason I’ve given 5 stars. Sylvia jumped in and was a pleasure to work with as well. We do appreciate the willingness to correct or help where it was possible.

Additionally, she has contacted me several times after closing just to make sure my family and I are doing well and happy with our purchase. The connectedness with the home building process was incredible. I felt very involved throughout and was very excited to be so involved and being able to put my personal touch in the home that I was buying.
