I was able to do just about everything I wanted to regarding upgrades because KB made it affordable and possible. The design studio experience is where the we can't became yes we can. Our payment even is less than what I expected.

We love our new home! Everyone we worked with through the process was amazing! The community is wonderful, everyone is so friendly and always says hi! I would totally recommend buying a KB home you will not regret it!

Staff at KB homes have been professional, helpful and very friendly, they respond to calls and either fix the problem or lead you to the right people to get the problem fixed..

The Superintendent sent specialist teams out to fix a couple of minor issues we noted during the final walkthrough. A stripped screw in a drawer, some MINOR paint issues, and some imperfections on the flooring. All were fixed. All issues were MINOR. Great home.

The staff is friendly and professional. We were notified on the progress of our home step by step. After moving in the staff has called to ask if we were comfortable in our home and if there were any touch ups needed.

We are so grateful that KB gave us our dream home that our family can grow in and never have to move again. Grateful for the people like Jeff and Junior who went above and beyond to make us fill included with every step of the build and move in process

Sara in sales is very knowledgeable. I don’t remember Steve’s title but he also is very knowledgeable in answering my questions about my house.

We purchased a new home from KB Homes with finishes that were picked by a prior customer. We love everything from the flooring to the counters and the open layout. We had 1 issue with the garage door opener and the builder's manager Josh took care of it with 24 hours. Our house is our forever home and we thank KB Homes!!

Timeliness and timeline provided of build was on point. Builders provided great workmanship and were very concerned to ensure everything was perfect. Any little issue I had they responded quickly and found a solution to correct the problem extremely fast. It was all about customer service.

KB Home is an excellent building company with an outstanding combination of workmanship, quality, and affordability with professional and friendly staff and service!

Overall people at KB are nice. However, need to improve the partner Sunpower and the escrow. The escrow has not transfer the file to the HOA yet and it closed about 2 months ago.
