KB Home Reviews in Riverside San Bernardino, CA

I like the KB Home construction management personnel at Concord, but their subcontractors do not have any QA/QC. My customer service representative is great.

First of all I want to say we have had a very good experience with the whole process from start to finish. Everybody was very kind and helpful with the whole procedure. The quality and value of our new home was very good. The builder team (LEONARDO) was always very responsive and always did what he promised. I love that each one of the homes in my track have their own unique style and paint.

Everything went well except the wait to receive the home.

This is the second home we have purchased in Spring Mountain Ranch within the last seven years. That in itself is proof that we love it here. Needless to say, the KB Team is responsible for much of that. Each Team Member goes above and beyond to welcome, inform, respond/service each client individually in an extremely prompt and caring manner. Kelly in the sales office, Vivian with KB Loans and Rick on Construction Team are absolutely amazing!

From start to finish everyone was very helpful. We love our new home!

Great experience and they helps us every step

Starting from the beginning of the process, everyone has been great, kept us up to date on each phase of the home buying and building process. we were allowed to come visit the site and building of our home as often as we wanted too. the home was built right and I thank all involved.

We have some issues on our home like the paints are wearing off,looks like cheap paints electric plugs not working and called about it but still now we havent got any response and havent fix it yet

We still have things need to be done.Even after 4 months

From the time I entered the office with Kelly she had my best interest in mind helping me choose the right forever home for my family

KB made the home buying process wonderful. The sales staff addressed any and all of our questions and concerns. We were able to meet with the actual construction crews and supervisors who explained the building process. The quality of the workmanship really showed in the finished home.

The KB staff for the most part were helpful.

We had a great experience purchasing our new home from KB, from Kristal in sales and loan officer Hope to the construction staff Jesus, Jerry, Rick, and Cecil made this experience unforgettable for myself and my wife, thank you once again

They have a quick response team and professional person

Staff is great and they go above and beyond to remedy any issues I had. Loved them all. My first home was a KB home in Walnut in 1972 and I see where you have cut back on some of the basics. Disappointed in my findings. Houses go up too fast. Flooring in kitchen and bathrooms are horrific. Will need to change them soon. After 30 years in Walnut KB home I never had to remove, these will have to be. Thanks or skimping on that area. Disappointing for sure.

Trustworthy builder that finished in a timely fashion.........

The quality of the build and finishing work on the home was well below the standards I would expect especially for a half a million dollar house. Multiple issues with the home, some that have taken multiple attempts to fix, and many more smaller issues that at this point I’m just tired of submitting claims. A hinge on the cabinet door in the laundry room keeps coming off, a lot of the door handle throughout the home were placed inside out, the medicine cabinet is crooked and doesn’t stay closed. What stood out I got the luck of picking out my lot picking out all the things I want it done to my home watching it be built from a pile of dirt to the finished product pretty much meeting everybody that was involved in building a home the workers of the subcontractors and the professionals that you’ve hired to run this at no point I know it is not easy at all specially with the Covid mess and the products shortages are to the end product The funny part is I never saw the model of the one I bought because there was no models at this site of my home it was at another location I worked with Kelly I trusted her from beginning she showed me the lights the renditions of the homes and I picked my home from an illustration and the lot I picked by standing there at 6 PM and watching the sunset and five different lots This is where I picked my home and not just a house Thank you to your team and their families for the hard work ... KB Sales , loan and construction manpower are all great!

Experience was smooth as it could be.

Sales team very helpful, unfortunately build quality is not meeting expectations.

1. Well over-priced. KBhome took advantage of hot real-estate market. Unreasonable lot premium. 2. Well over-priced optional items such as flooring. Not much choices such as window treatment or ceiling fans. 2. I still have 3 small issues and 1 major issue (replacing the scratched kitchen cabinet door). Customer Service associate is not responding to my text, emails, and phone calls for the simple status update. No communication what so ever after an initial text communication. It has been 2 months.

I have a complaint and for some reason HOA doesn’t answer nor does the office. It seems customers needs don’t matter to those who work for this company. It’s very degrading to the customer and definitely doesn’t make anyone want to suggest KB.

What was bad was the person KB used to help with funding this home were totally incompetent. Had to answer the same questions more than 150 times. Seemed like she did not read or send the correct info to the lender. Very bad experience. Sherrilyn had to get involved sending our info to them also. The best is what received from Sherrilyn, and Ramon always on top of the job at hand. I would give them a 100% excellent grade for service in your new home. Also, AJ has been great to fix outstanding items along with Steve which has been very helpful. KB please do not use the same group on buying a new home. Michael was very good also, but Nyesha was not qualified to do the paperwork needed. ... More
