We're very happy with our new home!

From start to finish, it was an overall very smooth process. Everyone is always very kind and helpful. With every aspect on the home buying experience.

Generally a positive experience. They will try to get you to bundle your mortgage and insurance with their in-house products/services but you can go with your own. Extremely hard to get any customized features on newer technologies, such as internet and solar systems. Such as structured wiring (ethernet, cable, etc) cabinet HAD to be in the master bedroom closet, and no option to go with larger solar system. However, ironically, super easy to customize "old tech" such as paint, fixtures and appliances. I got a good value for a good home, but I think if there's ever a next time, I'd go with a home builder who's much smaller and hence, responsive to what I am wanting in my home. ... More

Lots of scratches and had patched on most cabinets. Tile floor has a lot of inconsistency of grout and chips on tiles ( poor workmanship). Customer services after close is great.

There were small details what needed to be improved, I’ve seen homes being built around my home and most seem to have the same issue, back yard it’s all uneven and hard to work on, quality in the materials could be improved too.

I highly recommend everyone a new beautiful KB Home specially to my family, friends, & colleagues because they’re spacious, modern, & move in ready! I’m definitely a happy/satisfied KB customer for life!

We purchased our first new home. The experience went smoothly throughout the whole process. Our sales report Jodie has been amazing from the first day we came to see the model homes. She kept us updated on the progress of our new construction build. Our Customer Service Rep AJ has been great. No new home is perfect and there were a few very minor items found after the move in, but AJ was on top of things. All those minor issues were resolved in a timely manner. Sonia at the Design Studio provided us great guidance during the selection process as it can be stressful not knowing what to select and if your making the right choice. Kudos to the KB team! The KB team has been great to work with. The part that hasn’t been the best experience is the quality of craftsmanship that went into the building and finishing of the home but I guess that’s part of the difficulty of todays straining times of workers and who’s available to work. The KB team has been great at trying to make up for the issues that have occurred and that’s awesome!

The customer service was exceptional, from day 1 (touring models) to the final walkthrough, the communication and service has been amazing. I have never had guess at the progress of my construction, the super intendent always kept me informed. The same goes with the financial aspect as well, I was always informed of my status and expectations needed to progress. After taking possession of my new home (6 weeks later), I unfortunately had a problem with the outside lighting (no fault of KB) the timer reset itself. I couldn't figure out what was wrong, by a run of luck I ran into Ramone who asked how things were going. After I mentioned the problem, he stopped everything he was doing and came by my place to fix the problem. This type of service is what stands out, at that point KB really didn't have an obligation to help but they were more than happy to. Great experience from the beginning to the end!

No home is perfect and one can expect flaws and defects, but with great happiness we had the pleasure of working with Scott. Scott is an amazing communicator, knowledgeable and he has mender and fix the few problem or issues my wife and I have encountered. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

great service , rapid response .

Our house is very nice and we are satisfied overall, but quality of some of the base options for the home are ridiculously cheap and undesirable as compared to KB Homes' competitors. Options are over priced. The actual build materials leave something to be desired as they tend to feel flimsy and low quality. I am basing my opinion on a comparison to Lennar. The only reason we chose KB over lennar is because the lot sizes in our new community met our needs better than those in Lennars new communities like over at Shadow Rock.

Superintendent Ramon and his assistant AJ are awesome any issues they are all over it these guys deserve a raise They kept me updated weekly with photos of the progress.being made. and return my phone calls very quickly. These guys are hard workers

Overall I think its been a good experience so far, I appreciate the quick response time for questions or concerns. Always very professional.

Overall I am happy with the quality of the home. I have had no major issues with the build. Had some minor issues that KB builders addressed quickly. I have always received support in a professional and prompt manner. I have had an emergency where my breakers were stolen. KB took action and responded swiftly getting me replacements within 2 hours when breaker supplies were scarce due to the pandemic. I would evaluate KB as a high-quality builder.
