Great plans to choose from

Just moved into my new home about 2 months ago. I figured I would be spending the next 6 months "finishing" the house (I.e, fixing al the little things missed) but the KB client care team has been calling, stopping by, and doing everything to make sure the house is to my satisfaction. Very positive experience.

The construction team did a great job getting everything fixed and completed for us as promised.

Quality of construction best we came across. We looked at many homes ant this was the best. They have promptly fixed all our issues.

We love our new home in Beaumont California. Be home as dunny great job at responding to any of our needs for repairs in a timely manner and done the repairs to our satisfaction completely.

We watched our house be built from the start... everyone was so nice! From the sales office, design center, construction workers and now the customer service rep! Everyone answered our questions quick and with total understanding! It has been a great fun experience!

I wish I had time for my home, to see it daily how it’s build brick by brick, people want to live in their home everyday yet had not much time to see when it’s being built.

Great craftsmanship. The proofs in the details. Corner walls calked through out. Modern and efficient building materials like exterior insulated walls and radiant barrier throughout the home.

We moved in to our new condominium recently and it has been a warmth of solace which KB home has provided. Our minor concerns have been addressed structurally speaking, and grateful for the extra attention rendered to make it worthwhile living. Thank you KB for the beautiful experience.

Overall my experience was great. There was a few hiccups along the way, but the sale and loan processing team went out of their way to make you feeling at ease.

Having issues with stove; it do not work. I tried to use the oven for the first time on thanksgiving and the whole stove shutdown and stopped working. Whirlpool not much help and KB liaison no andwer

Everything was smooth sailing on buying the house processing so I like to thank Hope and Tracy. Especially my man realtor John. But what i hate about this is my solar panels haven't activated for atleast 2 months and still going on. They also file bankruptcy and i am more bummed out so I'm not sure what's gonna happen
