Overall I am happy with the quality of the home. I have had no major issues with the build. Had some minor issues that KB builders addressed quickly. I have always received support in a professional and prompt manner. I have had an emergency where my breakers were stolen. KB took action and responded swiftly getting me replacements within 2 hours when breaker supplies were scarce due to the pandemic. I would evaluate KB as a high-quality builder.

Constructions are precisionally done. Internal and external are professionally done. Need to pay attention to the precise fits of the covers to the utility box and air filter grill frames (not twist fits). I will give KB 9.9 out of 10.

Although, I felt that it took forever for the home to get completed, when I moved in, I felt that it was right on time. I am still experiencing the home buying experiencing with the behind the scene work. They are still making things happen for me with various vendors and the overall quality of their customer service. Pretty much my home buying experience didn't end when I got my keys. I really appreciate everyone from Sales to the Loan Officers to the Builders to the Customer Service Representatives right on down to the Superintendent. It all came together perfectly to mold and shape ...

I feel that good quality materials were used ...I.e. appliances, plumbing and faucets, hvc I do feel that the lock on the screen door to patio is inferior and low quality. Would like to see it replaced as it does not lock.
