Superintendant was amazing but the overall experience was mediocre due to the office people

Sara's (sales) help was tremendous with the whole process of buying our first home with KB. Quality home built with good hardworking people like Robert and Tom.

Buying my first home built from the ground up, was an experience that I will treasure forever. Everyone from the sales department, to the helpful staff at customer service, to the contractors made this buying experience one that I will never forget. Thank you Mina, Roger, and Joseph.

Great working with KB homes

KB failed in my view in handling customer service in view of the pandemic and builder problems that ensued and affected the buyers. Employees in the field were left to handle questions/problems without support from management.

All my issues were resolved on a timely manner. I feel like Kb really cares about their clients, from sales rep to customer service personel on site. So far all my issues have been resloved satisfactory.

You have to expect delays, along the way. Kb does not rush or cut corners, they make sure every step is done correctly and by the book.

KB Home organization have the most experience in the building industries, real-estate, Loan financial process and create teamwork for successful journey.

Beautiful floor plan and great price

The whole process was a beautiful experience and everyone involved was so helpful and very polite, they communicated with you though the whole process. Almost felt as if they were holding your hand through the whole transaction.

Great area! KB Forman Jeff Milne was awesome!! He went out of his way to make sure we were very happy with the home.

Times were tough with covid and delays due to manufacturing, but everyone kept us updated and did their best.

Kb is cheap. The workmanship is not good. Most likely because the superintendent Greg doest not do his job right and has the guys working quick to make his deadlines. The materials are cheap too and they charge a lot for it. The solar we purchased is still not activated after almost 3 months. They should make sure everything is up and running before they hand you over the house. Our house was not finished in time but they told to sign paperwork and they would come back and finish. Were still waiting to have our house 100% Honestly a lot has happened throughout this purchase. They made us wait 8 months from beginning to end. When it should have been half of that time. Their excuse was that the soil density was not good and we needed to wait. They also said the materials were low. We never got a straight answer. But to top it off. Kb was our lender and the escrow officer almost cost us our house. He messed up the money amount we were putting down by not putting anything down and it made the loan go way up high. We almost signed that at Title and my husband caught it and it was on a Friday and it delayed us on the closing. And the escrow officer did not want to take blame. He said he was so busy with 22 more accounts. How is that our problem or fault? Anyway just be careful and remember to be vigilant with all things especially what you sign. ... More

I’m pretty much satisfied with my new house.

Builder is great, we had little cosmetic issues but they are fix them all so far

Kept delaying the closing date with no remorse. Material is not as high quality.

The whole process was seamless when we bought our home, from reserving to closing. Lorraine was a sweetheart and was always ready to answer any questions we may have. Diana from KB Home Loans was so patient with all of our questions too (we had a lot!) and never did she ever make us feel like we were bugging. After we moved in, Scott is our rep and he is extremely responsive and you can tell that he cares about his job. One time I felt bad for not being at home when he came because I didn’t expect the response time to be so quick. Thank you Lorraine, Diana, and Scott!
