Beautiful floor plan and great price

The whole process was a beautiful experience and everyone involved was so helpful and very polite, they communicated with you though the whole process. Almost felt as if they were holding your hand through the whole transaction.

Great area! KB Forman Jeff Milne was awesome!! He went out of his way to make sure we were very happy with the home.

Times were tough with covid and delays due to manufacturing, but everyone kept us updated and did their best.

Kb is cheap. The workmanship is not good. Most likely because the superintendent Greg doest not do his job right and has the guys working quick to make his deadlines. The materials are cheap too and they charge a lot for it. The solar we purchased is still not activated after almost 3 months. They should make sure everything is up and running before they hand you over the house. Our house was not finished in time but they told to sign paperwork and they would come back and finish. Were still waiting to have our house 100% Honestly a lot has happened throughout this purchase. They made us wait 8 months from beginning to end. When it should have been half of that time. Their excuse was that the soil density was not good and we needed to wait. They also said the materials were low. We never got a straight answer. But to top it off. Kb was our lender and the escrow officer almost cost us our house. He messed up the money amount we were putting down by not putting anything down and it made the loan go way up high. We almost signed that at Title and my husband caught it and it was on a Friday and it delayed us on the closing. And the escrow officer did not want to take blame. He said he was so busy with 22 more accounts. How is that our problem or fault? Anyway just be careful and remember to be vigilant with all things especially what you sign. ... More

Everyone that was involved in our purchasing process and building our home was amazing!!

I’m pretty much satisfied with my new house.

Builder is great, we had little cosmetic issues but they are fix them all so far

Kept delaying the closing date with no remorse. Material is not as high quality.

The whole process was seamless when we bought our home, from reserving to closing. Lorraine was a sweetheart and was always ready to answer any questions we may have. Diana from KB Home Loans was so patient with all of our questions too (we had a lot!) and never did she ever make us feel like we were bugging. After we moved in, Scott is our rep and he is extremely responsive and you can tell that he cares about his job. One time I felt bad for not being at home when he came because I didn’t expect the response time to be so quick. Thank you Lorraine, Diana, and Scott! They use a lot of excuses when in our master planned community other home builders have no problem building houses quicker.. they used the excused of Covid for everything but so how doesn’t effect any other builder.. just KB.. The house is great and was their loan side, but other than that not good.. horrible first time buyer experience

So good for customer service! So quick for the respond.

Love the fact that they do all they can to get you approved and into a home.

Unfortunately, not a pleasant experience.

It was a great and exciting experience.

Preapproval process was terrible thru KB. Was approved fully thru my lender and was told that I’m going to loose my house because I wasn’t qualified enough. KB lender could care less had to basically show the money and then there attitude changed. Then when I came to building my house was one of the first houses started and took longer to build than others. Was told it was because of no being able to get supplies and was given every excuse in the book. I was told the house being able to close escrow was being pushed back because of certain supplies not being available even though they were installed already. Has to send pictures of them installed on the house to push to get in. It was a terrible process start to finish. Now that I am in the house I am have to call to come get things fixed that weren’t done right. ... More

The process of purchasing the house made it easier with the help of rom Kelly Hasawy to Diana Vargas. I understand due to Covid19 everything was on hold and late but with the reassurance, everything made it possible.

The experience from start to finish was great. All of the KB staff involved go above and beyond to ensure you are getting the house of your dreams.

The experience was long due to covid but we are very pleased with our home.

Building a home is never perfect. The difference with KB is they will have the vendor return to make corrections to cabinets, paint, plants, etc... We bought everything from KB from fixtures to washer and dryer to air purification system.

I’m still waiting for issues to be resolved and for item already paid for to be delivered.
