I love how attentive they’ve been, even after two months. They’ve continued to check in and make sure everything is going well. Whenever I have any issues with the house, they’re always ready to help and quick to send someone out. It really touched me, and I would highly recommend anyone to buy a KB Home.

We have enjoyed the home buying process from KB Home from the initial contact, to choosing the style off home we wanted, regularly being informed of when construction would start, updates during the construction phase and the final completion and the final walk through. Justin has been very helpful with educating us with customer service and the home warranty. Communication between Justin and us has been excellent. He has answered all of our questions and it is a pleasure to have him as our customer/warranty representative. We are loving our home!

My questions and concerns were met with solutions from all representatives within the business day. Their priority is to make sure the new homeowner feels safe and secure with their homeowner investment. They clearly provide a service to their customers that far exceeds what I’ve experienced in the past with buying a home.

I love my neighborhood, but regarding issues in the home like the tub has a hole that was mentioned since the beginning to the supervisor has never been fixed. I have three months already living here in my home. also insulation in the garage was promised to put because I have a disabled son that exercises in the garage and still not a phone call to schedule an appointment lighting on my doorbell is not working The tubs of the restroom are dirty since the beginning was mentioned to supervising said that they were gonna be repaint also is not done and more little details like invasion of privacy, taking pictures of my backyard. ...
