Everything was smooth sailing on buying the house processing so I like to thank Hope and Tracy. Especially my man realtor John. But what i hate about this is my solar panels haven't activated for atleast 2 months and still going on. They also file bankruptcy and i am more bummed out so I'm not sure what's gonna happen

Stephen our agent was always attentive to our needs and answered any questions we had. The one thing that still has not been resolved is that our electric meter reads "Error 4". Which possibly may be a battery back up issue. We don't know how to get Cailf. Edison Co. to look at it. There is nothing on their website that we can request help for this issue.This is very frustrating. Even Scott doesn't know what to do. Can someone please resolve this for us. Thank you.

The people are professional and respectful.

We are going to our second month and everything was fine (i suppose). There were few minor problems but manageable. Until this week my son discovered water spurting out from the flooring of his bathroom every step he made. We called the engineer. The plumber came, sawn a good portion of the wall to expose the pipes, and discovered a nail panctured a pipe, making water drip down to the flooring. So it has been dripping since the house was completed. So the whole bathroom flooring are taken out, drain the water out and fan the floor under for 3 days. A day prior the back glass window cracked. A styrofoam by the front door pane is also chipping off. And God knows what else we gonna discover as days go by. Thankfully, Engineer Jody responded and personally visited our place right away and sent people to start fixing the problem. ... More

My sales associate Wendy was such a sweetheart. I genuinely felt like she had my best interest at heart. She went over and beyond for me and my family. She was answering my questions even on her days off. She went the extra mile to get me into the home with the bigger lot at a lower price point. When I had any issues she made me feel heard and validated. There was transparency throughout the process of buying our new home. Every word promised was kept from the builder to the lender. As with any home buying experience, it can be very stressful and the KB team was extremely patient and understanding. I had some initial issues with the first lender representative they paired me with. They quickly assigned me another agent that was able to thoroughly answer my questions and address all my concerns. Juan was exceptional. I am an over thinker and I’m sure I drove him insane, but he remained respectful and professional explaining in detail certain loan details that I did not understand. The craftsmendship is the best I’ve seen. I shopped around and looked at other builders final home builds, and KBs quality surpassed all others. KBs customer service after purchase is amazing as well. I’ve had no issues reporting small issues and getting the issues resolved within a day or two. They are prompt and the reps they send out are friendly and professional. As with any builder, they have a lot of homes to get through so There’s always room for improvement with the quality of work being done on the homes. The finishing on the brand new tubs they installed were cracked in multiple places. The finish appeared scratched and scuffed. They have someone coming out to refinish the tub, but it’s still a place for initial improvement. The carpet was lifting and nails or staples were poking our feet when we moved in. Again, KB remediated the issue quickly, but the over all quality of the carpet/vinyl flooring install wasn’t the greatest. I had to scrape paint off the vinyl flooring and the base boards were poor quality. They had tons of dents and bumps. But I’m sure the average person wouldn’t have noticed. Buying a home from KB was a developmental milestone that I found rewarding.

Everyone was very communicative. We were treated very well. The house is very beautiful. Although I wish they took care of some of the wood work a little better (baseboards and doors). Some came chipped or damaged. But the maintenance team is good too. Great experience

Buying a home in Olive Brook went somewhat smoothly. A little bumpy, like taking longer than expected to close. Also having KB management walk the home for quality? Missed a few items, like chipped doors, leaking T on the hot water pen in ceiling, bad breakers for kitchen, faulty wired three way switch, wrong color used to fix broken corner on shower tub, missing stucco under window ledge, broken roof tiles and living room bedroom lights and plugs all of them on one breaker. Other than that smooth.

Sales consultant Kelly was fabulous, always kept me up to date.. Daniel the construction supervisor was great to work with, very responsive and kept me up to date with weekly notifications..

We bought a nice home in a nice neighbor hood at a fair price with a great interest rate for the time we bought it.

I enjoyed each step of the way in our home buying process! We started working with Mark in the sales department and he showed excellent customer service, took time to explain each process of home buying and very detailed orientated in what we were buying. Afterwards, we worked a lot with Brian from Finance, he was very knowledgeable about the finance side and helped us along the way to finance our mortgage. His customer service was also excellent. Then, we met Dave and Barry. They are the top notch at what they do. They went above and beyond explaining the built of the house, the inspections that goes along with the building process, and Dave would help out when we needed him to go back to check on our walls and garbage disposal. Dave also went out of his way to help us move furniture when my husband couldn't do it himself. Barry helped with making sure we were satisfied with the house and he was always prompt when I need to ask a question. Lastly, Travis kept us informed weekly on our home building progress. He was very detailed and always answers quickly when needed. Therefore, I am very satisfied working with great people at KB Homes. Would recommend them to my family and friends! ... More

House shopped for a couple months. Came to a site where KB was building and loved the model home. Worked with our amazing sales counselor, who helped us from viewing the home to closing. Mortgage/Loan department is a little erratic - felt like things were being done slowly and last minute, but nevertheless they were helpful with the financing. After closing, there were a few issues with the home (lights not working, shelf not installed, toilet tank would not feel), but after reaching out to KB, the issues were fixed relatively quickly.
