Great homes, the only complaint I have are the closet door are flimsy and fall off track just by opening the door. Cabinet doors are flimsy as well one of the cabinet doors in restroom fell off completely.

Not Happy with the amount of issues

We have had 21 warranty issues from structural to Flooding, to stress fractures in drywall, too many to list. The list has been submitted many times and only 7 items have been completed. Can't get any service from Whirlpool for the dishwasher and its still sitting on our carpet and floor haven't been installed. We are very disappointed in the Customer Service area of KB.

Construction team lead by the superintendent was awesome I would give them 10/10. Sales team I would not recommend. One of the workers were not knowledgeable on the models and seemed to just say what we wanted to hear. The Mortgage lending process could have been a lot more efficient. One of the staff would never answer her phone and seemed to be unorganized.

I was let down from finance to the construction part of it…Jodie Hill the sale rep was amazing….don’t get me wrong the home is beautiful but poor execution…still have issues that are popping up and the old issues not fixed yet….I would only buy a KB home again if it was the only builder in the area that’s it

It was a smooth experience. Everyone from the Construction Manager, to the Sales Rep, to the Mortgage loan people, they were all great. Very attentive and professional. There were so many things wrong with this house when I moved in. Kelly and Mike helped resolve so many of the issues.Kevin from Customer Service came out twice and fixed things.My biggest complaint was the poor grading of the back yard.I had a mud swamp

I would definitely recommend purchasing from KB Homes to anyone. I know the experience may differ from location to location, but based on my experience all of the personnel that I dealt with were kind, curious, professional, and knowledgeable in all areas that one would expect. The total experience was pretty easy for a new build. This is the best investment we've ever done. To build from the ground up was an amazing experience. The most fun part of the build was creating our home, from the floor, fixtures, layout, wiring. It took longer than expected but thats because of the Pandemic. Over all, we would do this build to order again. Thank you KB for creating our dreams on paper come to life.
