Although, I felt that it took forever for the home to get completed, when I moved in, I felt that it was right on time. I am still experiencing the home buying experiencing with the behind the scene work. They are still making things happen for me with various vendors and the overall quality of their customer service. Pretty much my home buying experience didn't end when I got my keys. I really appreciate everyone from Sales to the Loan Officers to the Builders to the Customer Service Representatives right on down to the Superintendent. The moment I wanted into the model home they I selected, I knew this was the house I was looking for. Everything about the structure was just beautiful and the friendliness the sales person convinced me that this was the house I wanted to buy. Everyone else that was involved left me a great satisfaction that I knew I was buying the right house with the right company. This is my first KB home and so far I have no regrets. Love my home.

Overall experience was great. Only issue we had was the updates on when construction would be done, dates kept getting pushed last second, and communication wasn’t as transparent. However, the responsiveness of problems in the house is very good, and issues are fixed within days.

Great homes, the only complaint I have are the closet door are flimsy and fall off track just by opening the door. Cabinet doors are flimsy as well one of the cabinet doors in restroom fell off completely.

Not Happy with the amount of issues

We have had 21 warranty issues from structural to Flooding, to stress fractures in drywall, too many to list. The list has been submitted many times and only 7 items have been completed. Can't get any service from Whirlpool for the dishwasher and its still sitting on our carpet and floor haven't been installed. We are very disappointed in the Customer Service area of KB.
