What is going well for me I like KB Insurance

Bought an already completed home, great expereince with all staff including sales, construction and finance. Home has some quality issues but warranty team is quick to respond and repair.

Everything was quick and easy. Made home buying hassle-free

Staff is great and they go above and beyond to remedy any issues I had. Loved them all. My first home was a KB home in Walnut in 1972 and I see where you have cut back on some of the basics. Disappointed in my findings. Houses go up too fast. Flooring in kitchen and bathrooms are horrific. Will need to change them soon. After 30 years in Walnut KB home I never had to remove, these will have to be. Thanks or skimping on that area. Disappointing for sure.

Updates and follow through.

Trina was an amazing sales associate! She was communicative, knowledgeable and very helpful throughout the entire process. Her weekly updates were always the highlight of our week and we are very happy we got to work with her.

Kelly H. Who showed us the home- she is the main reason I bought the home. She was extremely knowledgeable about all the things in the home. Very polite and professional! Thank you Kelly! Hope F. helped me with all the financing info and paperwork to secure the loan. If I didn’t have her help to do this I don’t think I could have done that process by myself. Hope was AMAZING! AND- Mike the Foreman at the site responded to every phone call or text and helped get things working or put in work orders to get things taken care of properly! Throughout the home buying process there were delays but all in all was a reputable. Thank you for your help and customer service.

Overall it was a great experience

It may not be the best quality of work and materials, the loan process was great!

The process of purchasing the house made it easier with the help of rom Kelly Hasawy to Diana Vargas. I understand due to Covid19 everything was on hold and late but with the reassurance, everything made it possible.

The experience was good but the quality and materials can get better, I feel like kB used cheap materials just to put the house together.

Both my sales person Mark and my customer service guy Justin have been fantastic they have been responsive to our requests and always willing to help answer our questions and find solutions. Their customer focused attitude is a rare thing now a days, it was those two guys that made this experience pleasurable.

Great homes, the only complaint I have are the closet door are flimsy and fall off track just by opening the door. Cabinet doors are flimsy as well one of the cabinet doors in restroom fell off completely.

Do a more thorough final walk through.

We love kb homes! And our sales rep! We just have problems with the construction manager since he had promised that he would get our sliding door fixed before moving in, but 2 months later it’s not fixed yet. But overall great! My sales rep Was amazing! She helped up with the house buying process since it was our first home!

Our house is very nice and we are satisfied overall, but quality of some of the base options for the home are ridiculously cheap and undesirable as compared to KB Homes' competitors. Options are over priced. The actual build materials leave something to be desired as they tend to feel flimsy and low quality. I am basing my opinion on a comparison to Lennar. The only reason we chose KB over lennar is because the lot sizes in our new community met our needs better than those in Lennars new communities like over at Shadow Rock.

Positive home buying experience but once you move in it’s a different story
