We love the house. I know with covin19 things took a little longer to get fixed than probably would have under normal circumstances.

So thankful and love the house!! Would love the superintendent to come back by and drop paint off and finishing painting the corners though. Still five stars!!!

I think that no other builder can beat KB in terms of price, value, and customer service. I do admit that the quality of materials and craftsmanship can be rough, crude, or careless depending on your luck, but KB's quick response and accountability makes up for it. And the competitive house prices also make up for it. I've been fortunate to work with some great people from the sales, to home design, to construction foreman. These people really live up to fulfilling the KB name. The only complaint I have is the high price of the options to add to the house. But overall, I'm very satisfied with the house. craftsmanship

Great price, quite, and safe community. Only issue is contacting KB for work orders can be a bit difficult, but it's understandable with the amount of work going on within the community.

Overall my experience was great. There was a few hiccups along the way, but the sale and loan processing team went out of their way to make you feeling at ease.

We are going to our second month and everything was fine (i suppose). There were few minor problems but manageable. Until this week my son discovered water spurting out from the flooring of his bathroom every step he made. We called the engineer. The plumber came, sawn a good portion of the wall to expose the pipes, and discovered a nail panctured a pipe, making water drip down to the flooring. So it has been dripping since the house was completed. So the whole bathroom flooring are taken out, drain the water out and fan the floor under for 3 days. A day prior the back glass window cracked. A styrofoam by the front door pane is also chipping off. And God knows what else we gonna discover as days go by. Thankfully, Engineer Jody responded and personally visited our place right away and sent people to start fixing the problem. ... More

Buying a home in Olive Brook went somewhat smoothly. A little bumpy, like taking longer than expected to close. Also having KB management walk the home for quality? Missed a few items, like chipped doors, leaking T on the hot water pen in ceiling, bad breakers for kitchen, faulty wired three way switch, wrong color used to fix broken corner on shower tub, missing stucco under window ledge, broken roof tiles and living room bedroom lights and plugs all of them on one breaker. Other than that smooth.

House shopped for a couple months. Came to a site where KB was building and loved the model home. Worked with our amazing sales counselor, who helped us from viewing the home to closing. Mortgage/Loan department is a little erratic - felt like things were being done slowly and last minute, but nevertheless they were helpful with the financing. After closing, there were a few issues with the home (lights not working, shelf not installed, toilet tank would not feel), but after reaching out to KB, the issues were fixed relatively quickly. Stay focused and trust the process

Overall I like KB home however there are some improvements needed .

I must say Im glad my family and I purchased a KB Home. There were notable differences between KB Home and other builders. They were honest and forthcoming. The customer service throughout was exceptional! There were several times I reached out to Liz on her off day and she was more than willing to help. Our only gripe was the inconsistencies with the closing date. Most importantly, we love our home, so thank you everyone at KB Home!

Smooth process, helpful staff, pleasant experience

Everyone is very responsive to my needs. I call for repairs or issues and I get immediate response.

Builder is great, we had little cosmetic issues but they are fix them all so far

The house is amazing. But after moving in I am seeing a lot of paint issue from stucco to inside.

Have had a great experience with KB homes. They are very customer friendly and willing to make everything right for the purchaser.

The company itself would try to enhance more its architectural designs. Your people are great to work with in buying a home
