From you first walked in, to financing, through the construction process, design studio and the after move in follow up. They are truly wanting to make sure you are satisfied. Sure you will find small things in a brand new house that would bother you, but bring that to your KB Home team and they will make sure it is addressed. The house is amazing. But after moving in I am seeing a lot of paint issue from stucco to inside.

Great overall process ver beautiful home and love the area

I feel that good quality materials were used ...I.e. appliances, plumbing and faucets, hvc I do feel that the lock on the screen door to patio is inferior and low quality. Would like to see it replaced as it does not lock.

Fantastic team of Pros who communicate well and were able to give a homebuyer the attention needed during Covid. Although it took a little longer to get to the build, the home is worth the wait.

The buying process with easier then I thought

My wife and I were very pleased with the service from all the KB Staff that has worked with us. Mark from the sales office was extremely kind and helpful throughout the home buying process. He was always available to help answer any of our questions. Once we moved in there were a few items which needed to be addressed, but Handel from KB Customer Service was awesome and made sure all our service request were taken care of in a timely manner. We are very pleased with the service from KB Northpark in Ontario and we are very happy with our new home!

A few issue we had to contact the warranty people. Quick response. Could be better if they discovered the issue And fix it before closing.

The material and appliance selections are of great quality. While we've encountered a few minor issues, KB has been relatively quick to responding to our concerns.

We love the house. I know with covin19 things took a little longer to get fixed than probably would have under normal circumstances.

We cannot be happier with the home we purchased. There have been a few glitches, but they were quickly resolved and the contractors are consistently staying in touch with us to ensure that everything within our home is working correctly. The staff here in Fontana could not have been nicer or more attentive than they have been. There was only problems with the finance department, but everybody else was amazing to work with.

So thankful and love the house!! Would love the superintendent to come back by and drop paint off and finishing painting the corners though. Still five stars!!!

The company itself would try to enhance more its architectural designs. Your people are great to work with in buying a home

Overall it was a positive home buying experience with the exception of the lender which was a hit mess. To deal with a hot mess lender, I would give a larger incentive than a few thousand dollars, not worth it. Bring own lender and you will have the best experience with the friendliest and responsive staff. Some of the actual laborers lack enough care to their job and did some sloppy work but the people above them made them fix it.
