I am a first-time buyer and the home-buying experience can be overwhelming, frustrating, and frightening. However, the employees working for this company are outstanding and extremely trustworthy. They assuaged my uncertainties, and now I am blessed with a beautiful house. ***Sarah Jensen (Sales Consultant): She made the home buying experience easy. She kept me well informed throughout the process and she is extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. She is super friendly and the only sales consultant that I ever felt comfortable with when considering buying a home. ***Roger Sewell (Sr. Construction Manager): Extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. He kept me well informed throughout the process with weekly updates. He took his time in the walk-throughs and thoroughly explained everything. He was accessible and answered all my questions. In addition, he quickly resolved minor issues. ***Rick Moruzzi (Sr. Customer Service Representative): Another accessible and trustworthy employee that quickly resolved any issues, answered questions and is extremely helpful. ***Sylma Rojas (Mortgage Loan Originator): Extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. She kept me well informed throughout the home-buying process. She was extremely accessible even on her days off. Additionally, she has contacted me several times after closing just to make sure my family and I are doing well and happy with our purchase. Overall, it was a great home-buying experience and I appreciate that all these employees communicated with me in-person, via cellphone, and through emails. The connectedness with the home building process was incredible. I felt very involved throughout and was very excited to be so involved and being able to put my personal touch in the home that I was buying.

The staff is amazing and are patient with you helping understand all questions regarding build.

I like my new house

Sales/office staff were responsive and professional. There were a few hiccups that needed to be negotiated along the way, though this is probably typical of any homebuying experience.

Our home was scheduled to close on Nov. 30 & KB home made sure our home was done before thanksgiving holiday & we closed on Nov. 25 the same day we signed! It was amazing having our home for thanksgiving! It was the best thanksgiving gift ever!

Our Builder was awesome!

This builder gave me all the information regarding my home and made it easy to work with a home lender. I was pleased with the quality of the home and met all my expectations. I am a first time homeowner and KB Homes made it easy and simple to get me into my new home.

My experience with the builder and Sarah was awesome. They answered every question I had and was able to assist me when needed. My 3 star rating is due to the loan officer, Sylma. As a loan officer she was not knowledgeable and very incompetent. She would give closure dates and not make her deadlines. Instead of her being honest with the changes in the closure dates she would put blame on others. I was told my closure date was changed due to waiting on meters to be installed. Once the meters were installed my closure date was changed again because she was waiting on GSFA to approve me. When I contact GSFA I was told my application was not received. Immediately after I contacted Sylma and told her what was said and who my point of contact was and only at this time she admitted to me she was not familiar with the program and had to get educated on it. Her apologies were not accepted because I had asked her before I went with KB Loan if she was knowledgeable to the program and was told yes. I forgot to mention I had given my landlord my notice to move, so I was displaced for three weeks and had stressed this to Sylma and her supervisor Steve. Both of them promised to get the paperwork done ASAP, but that didn’t happen. It took GSFA a few hours to approve my application, but it took them over three weeks to process and submit a few pages. The experience of purchasing my first home was a lot of stress to be honest. I thought KB did a good job on answering my questions. At first I had trouble getting in contact with My First loan officer. I had plenty of question right after going forward to build a home with KB. Later down the road I was assigned a different person to help with my question and loan they did an amazing job. Overall I’m pretty happy with My home.
