For the most part everyone is helpful

If your picky about a few things let it be known before the construction begins. That way it’s done to your standards.

Great price but some of their material aren’t the best with their comercial home building over all I’m happy

First time buying a new home from the KB brand. Our previous home purchase was also a new home but from another builder. Needless to say we had some experience on the steps to follow when agreeing to purchase to move in. I must say that KB does have a good quality home and that we are very statisfied.

We recently completed a home purchase with KB, and overall, we are pleased with the results. The builder was notably flexible during the purchase process, accommodating our requests and making the experience smoother. While the project did take longer than anticipated, they were diligent about providing updates to our realtor, which we greatly appreciated. However, we were somewhat disappointed with the classification of certain features as upgrades. For instance, items we felt were essential for a modern home, such as LED lighting in the rooms, were considered upgrades. We believe such features should be standard in today's housing market. Despite these points, the quality of the construction and the team's responsiveness were good. We had a good experience with KB homes You get a nice home for the money spent and the KB team members are very attentive and supportive.

Process was good. Diana was amazing. Once constriction started, it was ok. Learned that they will be fast and sloppy. We went every week to experience the "new built" saw issues even tho we are not builders. Told them so our closing date was not effective. The issue was accent lights. They missed that and many small things. If they want to earn credit for the amount they toon to build, still not impressed. The quality was disappointing. Now I have to sit here and get with people to come correct the job at my concinicence having to cancel my appointments to accommodate them. Live my home but won't ever buy from KB ... More

If there was an issue customer service took care of it no questions asked. This is the kind of service that makes people happy and be stress free. Jody and Rick took care of any issues that came up.

Great experience with builder. Other staff within KB (e.g., Mortgage Loan Originator) could have been more attentive and understanding.

Beautiful floor plan and great price

Building a home is never perfect. The difference with KB is they will have the vendor return to make corrections to cabinets, paint, plants, etc... We bought everything from KB from fixtures to washer and dryer to air purification system.

All in all pleased with our home. We did have some issues come up, but that’s the case with any house. They have been good to respond when we send a request.

Most issues resolved quickly.

Sales/office staff were responsive and professional. There were a few hiccups that needed to be negotiated along the way, though this is probably typical of any homebuying experience.

The experience of purchasing my first home was a lot of stress to be honest. I thought KB did a good job on answering my questions. At first I had trouble getting in contact with My First loan officer. I had plenty of question right after going forward to build a home with KB. Later down the road I was assigned a different person to help with my question and loan they did an amazing job. Overall I’m pretty happy with My home. Everyone was very helpful, great communication all the way through.

There were some issues with small things when we moved in that we were able to get a quick resolution for. The KB Customer service team, especially Justin in Northpark, has been so responsive and helpful! I'm extremely impressed with the quality of the work, and I look forward to living here for a very long time. The price was a bit high compared to other houses nearby, but already the value has gone up so I can't complain. Thanks KB :)

Great value. The building supervisor has been awesome

The experience of buying a KB home was relatively satisfying.

KB was great at responding to concerns and inquiries. The work was a bit sloppy. We noticed some minor details that were not painted or done properly.

Do Research

It would be helpful for customer service to address issues a bit quicker.

Overall great company to work with. They do need to work on there communication and timing . You can tell they rushed to get the job done
