So thankful and love the house!! Would love the superintendent to come back by and drop paint off and finishing painting the corners though. Still five stars!!!

Due to the COIVD-19 pandemic, I've had to wait for contractors to respond to warranty work requested for items that I found wrong. KB Home has been good so far about keeping me up-to-date with my repairs.

A wonderful experience overall from the beginning to the end when we received the keys.

We had an amazing experience working with the sales team and building team for our new KB Home. Carina and Anthony (sales team) were so attentive and kept us up to date on everything especially during all the new norms related to Covid-19. They were always checking in to see how we were doing along the way and made us feel like family. They were so sweet and always got back to us quick or would let us know they needed to get that information and would come back to us. Brian (building superintendent) has been INCREDIBLE! He has helped us along the way while we were waiting for our house to be finished and kept us up to date the whole time. Now that we are moved in, he always asks us how we are doing and helps us with everything he can. He is super responsive and attentive and truly cares for his clients. I like my home and the area. It’s nice and quiet

I was able to do just about everything I wanted to regarding upgrades because KB made it affordable and possible. The design studio experience is where the we can't became yes we can. Our payment even is less than what I expected.

We love our new home! Everyone we worked with through the process was amazing! The community is wonderful, everyone is so friendly and always says hi! I would totally recommend buying a KB home you will not regret it!

Getting to build our first home from scratch and customize it the way we wanted to really was a dream come true. All for a great price and value. You really can't go wrong with KB!

Staff at KB homes have been professional, helpful and very friendly, they respond to calls and either fix the problem or lead you to the right people to get the problem fixed..

The Superintendent sent specialist teams out to fix a couple of minor issues we noted during the final walkthrough. A stripped screw in a drawer, some MINOR paint issues, and some imperfections on the flooring. All were fixed. All issues were MINOR. Great home.

We have purchased 3 houses, including this one. This was by far the best experience we have had with a builder. The entire process was great.

Stipulate your issues from the start and demand contact at least once a week for updates. Do not stand for getting bullied for using your own lender. I recommend Rocket mortgage. After your deposit with KB, you have 30 days to back out, threaten them that there are other builders waiting for your business.

Some things you could tell were rushed and I don't think there should of been so many things that didn't work when I moved in but they were fixed quickly and all the staff has been nice.

Construction crew was awesome. Sales staff and loan group was less responsive. Once moved in, we have noticed a lot of small issues that seem to be from rushed work.

Have had a great experience with KB homes. They are very customer friendly and willing to make everything right for the purchaser.

Neighborhood is amazing and home is okay, much better now due to our upgrades. Due to Covid 19 we have several issues in our home that have gone unfixed.

There are little things here and there that needs to be fixed. The Garage door is loose, some of the plugs are loose the bedroom doors have pints all over it and chips, also pint on tiles that we tried to take it off and it’s noticeable. Nails on carpets my little one got poke couple times.

KB was great at responding to concerns and inquiries. The work was a bit sloppy. We noticed some minor details that were not painted or done properly.
