The number of defects/issues we had was fairly high, but the response to fixing them made up for it in our eyes.

As a first time home buyer, I wish I would have been paired with a loan officer that was better at explaining the process and more communicative, but other than that I had a great experience with my build. (The loan officer wasn't terrible, I just needed more hand holding since I had never been through the process before.) The design center was fabulous and my consultant helped me truly design my dream home.

Overall a great experience with KB Home. The final fit and finish had some issues but it’s expected when they’re building so many houses at one time. Good thing is that our superintendent and customer service reps were there to take care of any issues we had, and I’m more than happy with the outcome. Thank you!

Most issues resolved quickly.

The entire KB Team is quick to respond to any questions or needs. I have no complaints other than having to do a lot of concrete work and landscaping after the purchase.

Sales/office staff were responsive and professional. There were a few hiccups that needed to be negotiated along the way, though this is probably typical of any homebuying experience.

The experience of purchasing my first home was a lot of stress to be honest. I thought KB did a good job on answering my questions. At first I had trouble getting in contact with My First loan officer. I had plenty of question right after going forward to build a home with KB. Later down the road I was assigned a different person to help with my question and loan they did an amazing job. Overall I’m pretty happy with My home. Overall good... Sylma not so great

Everyone was very helpful, great communication all the way through.

There were some issues with small things when we moved in that we were able to get a quick resolution for. The KB Customer service team, especially Justin in Northpark, has been so responsive and helpful! I'm extremely impressed with the quality of the work, and I look forward to living here for a very long time. The price was a bit high compared to other houses nearby, but already the value has gone up so I can't complain. Thanks KB :)

I think with KB Homes having the whole buying experience inclusive within the process was helpful although not letting my Real estate agent communicate with the lenders was kind of frustrating. I had to learn the whole buying process alone through out steps with my agent in the background advising me. So there was a lot of back and forth. But at the end everything turned out great and I am really happy with my new home! Also the design studio with Jennifer and the ladies that helped me was probably the best part! They are very helpful with selecting and putting the designs together. Overall I am impressed with the sales person Lizette, the builder Ricky, and happy we worked out the final interest rate. ... We were very fortunate in that we were able to purchase a model home and everything was completed by the time that we moved in. However, make sure to inspect your home as frequently as possible. There were/still are many issues that have seemed to arise from the house being completed very quickly and early on. While KB has been AWESOME as responding to all of these issues thus far as they have come up, there are were/are many nagging things (and one BIG thing) that had/has to be fixed before we feel really able to settle in. Don't get me wrong, we love our home, but do your due diligence.

The experience of buying a KB home was relatively satisfying.

Due to the COIVD-19 pandemic, I've had to wait for contractors to respond to warranty work requested for items that I found wrong. KB Home has been good so far about keeping me up-to-date with my repairs.

Some things you could tell were rushed and I don't think there should of been so many things that didn't work when I moved in but they were fixed quickly and all the staff has been nice.

KB was great at responding to concerns and inquiries. The work was a bit sloppy. We noticed some minor details that were not painted or done properly.

I cannot stress enough that experience with KB homes has been great from the start. The biggest compliment would be that of the customer service. The only negative feedback I would provide is the quality of workmanship. Now that we've been in our house for over a month, we've noticed a decent amount of flaws with paint, caulking, carpet, and others. There are many spots where there is pain "runs" on the doors, even with dents in some of the interior doors. KB has been quick to respond to fix however, it would have been nicer to not have to deal with it at all, especially given the price we paid for the house. ... More

Be patience as other homes are being built around and this creates lots of construction traffic with dusts.

For the most part everyone is helpful
