Find the house was amazing. I love the community. I love my neighborhood, but regarding issues in the home like the tub has a hole that was mentioned since the beginning to the supervisor has never been fixed. I have three months already living here in my home. also insulation in the garage was promised to put because I have a disabled son that exercises in the garage and still not a phone call to schedule an appointment lighting on my doorbell is not working The tubs of the restroom are dirty since the beginning was mentioned to supervising said that they were gonna be repaint also is not done and more little details like invasion of privacy, taking pictures of my backyard. ... Olga helped us from start to finish. Really informative and gave us options to look into. The whole buying experience was very joyful and pleasent Even after moving in Miguel the Superintendent has up to date been attentive to little things that needed to be addressed. KB homes definitely has good people working for them and will recommend to friends and family.

We had seen these model homes several times and loved them. Finally after coming back about 4-5 different times, Ozzie mentioned they have a home ready to move in. Unfortunately for someone else they had to pull out of this deal for personal reasons. We got to view the home and lived the flooring, cabinets in kitchen and the yard size so we decided to move forward. Was in the home in about 30 days

We moved in to our new condominium recently and it has been a warmth of solace which KB home has provided. Our minor concerns have been addressed structurally speaking, and grateful for the extra attention rendered to make it worthwhile living. Thank you KB for the beautiful experience.

The Sales office (Christina) is Great. The Home orientation and warranty guys are real good and responsive. The KBHome Mortgage office is quite inept. They seem to not have their act together to get the information for loan processing in a timely manner. Took 3 months to get this closed!

I think the process in the sales department needs to be improved. There needs o be better communication and explaining by the sale representatives. I was really impressed and satisfied with Brian, Robert, and Hope communication and continued efforts to make sure I was a satisfied buyer. I tip my hat off to them. I am thankful for my sales agent, who later became for showing me the Lilac community, but there was no expression of gratitude for the purchase.

Overall experienced was great! The go above and beyond.

We love our one story floor plan and spacious backyard and side yard. We are satisfied with the upgrade options we selected and overall, very happy! The KB Home team offered great communication and customer service. Our Sales Rep Diana was amazing. She kept us updated and sent photos from the moment the construction began. Doug and Carter (superintendents) provided weekly build updates. Michael from KB Home Loans was responsive and guided us to get where we needed for our loan. I referred family to visit the Sedona models with Diana…. and now, my brother and sister in law will close on a home down the street from us! Very lucky to be here! ... More
