Workmanship is extra ordinary and I return to KB again. This is my second KB home and the Quality of work attracted me. When the community is large of course there should be some expectation of mistakes and minor faults. That does not matter when services is on the door the next day to take care of them. Above all the best investment I did.

Not happy with the home ! Moved in on Oct . 31st .. The yard was not graded correctly, the paint inside and outside the home wasn’t really painted it was dusted with color .. can’t use kitchen drawer .. electrical.. fuse blow for no reason .. the baseboards were painted while dusty.. not smooth at all .. floors have gaps ... masterbed room has a hole in the ceiling.. fire sprinkler?? Sliding door frame is scratched.. My issues are not being addressed ...

The KB team was responsive throughout the home buying process and has been very helpful in resolving any issues that have come up since moving in.

Love our home!! Had a few minor issues, but they were handled quickly and efficiently!!

When they show you the model homes the are so perfect. I am not taking about the upgrades, but the finish of paint, cabinets, walls, garage door and landscaping. I have many issues minor and major ones. The staff are amazing and knowledgeable but they are small in number and can't keep up. I have to wait for repair a long time.

Some of the materials, like the tiles around the front of my house are already chipping/shattering. Seems like either a cheap product or default. Window and sliding glass door not installed properly.
