Maybe have a backyard landscape option

KB Home built a modern home which I can expect to last for a long time. I am glad that I purchased a home from them, as they have exceptional customer service as well.

Great choice of builder to purchase new home.

We looked at all the new homes in the areas and cities surrounding where we wanted to move, and found KB Homes the BEST quality standard builder by far. From the loan process to moving in, they worked with us, and our needs and budget. We loved that we could go to the design center and pick out so many items and "customize" the interior of our home! The design team was wonderful to work with! We upgraded almost everything as we wanted to have our new home ready when we moved in. (Do upgrade your medicine cabinets . . . the standard ones are very cheap.) The follow-up after we moved in was amazing and much better than we've had with other new home builder companies! Everything we upgraded has been exceptional quality and workmanship! We love the upgraded sensor light switches, outdoor lights and bathroom fans. And the tankless water heater saves so much time and water! (But increasing the water temp. can be interesting.) The only things we have had a few problems with have been a couple of the standard items we didn't upgrade. Our main problem was the thermostat. We couldn't get it to work no matter what we did! KB Homes graciously agreed to replace the one that comes standard with the home for one we like and reimburse us for the cost! You can't get better than that! Quickly, well-built home, especially considering the size and detail of the structure.

Our overall experience with KB homes was beyond our expectations! Julia at the Corona Terramor location made time to see us several times through our journey. She made us feel welcome every time we visited Terramor. Jerry was very informative when we did the final walk through of our new home. Joseph assured us that any questions or concerns we had would be promptly attended to, and they were! Eric, is efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and took the time to explain how to set the timers in the garage. My only 4 star rating is with the KB finance department which delayed our closing date but nonetheless, we love our new home!!!! ... More

Great house and everyone has been wonderful. I am very disappointed in the front landscape. Cheap mulch and no weed cloth makes the neighborhood look bad! I’m 70 with bad knees and asthma. I just spent two hours pulling weeds. Pinching pennies on landscaping was an idiot idea.

Overall great company to work with. They do need to work on there communication and timing . You can tell they rushed to get the job done

This is my second time purchasing a KB HOME, I like the customer service from all department from sales, finance to escrow.

KB homes pricing is very affordable, best in the market out there.

Home should have been inspected for issues prior to my walk thru. There was a obvious electrical issue with the fireplace ( live wires laying inside the fireplace) that was a safety hazard. Was not fixed until we were in the home for 3 weeks.

the foam outside is terrible and the plants were not very well taken care of, but overall the house is fantastic.

Our KB representatives are welcoming and address our concerns. They made it clear that if there is anything that comes up relating to our home to contact them and they will take care of any issues.
