GREAT EXPERIENCE LOVELY HOUSE QUIET FRIENDLY NEIGHBORHOOD. GREAT COMMUNITY

Lewie, Rick, and Dean have all been wonderful to: answer questions and fix major and minor things. Example 1: during final walk through, there was a dip in the floor, so Lewie had them lift and investigate, fillin and re-do the floor. Example 2: the garage door worked wonderfully when after a few uses it stopped working: Lewie and Dean fixed what was the sensor with a new one, he informed us that the circuit may have got water in it causing it to malfunction. Example 3: we tripped our breaker for the first floor over the weekend and could not reset it. Rick was contacted and came out the Tuesday and found the wires in one of our walls were too close and touching each other. This experience with the KB Home Team was continued support start to finish. It’s a very stressful process as you know and all along the way we had guidance and reassurance that helped ease our minds. We thank each one of you for making our dreams happen!

The quality of our new KB Home this go around was mediocre. Our final walk through was a mess and I have called KB several times to fix minor issues inside the home such as holes in the concrete foundation, bad wall patching jobs, and the door trim was not up to par either. Our first KB home we bought 7 years ago was superb but unfortunately this time around it felt like the construction was rushed and messy.

We were a little apprehensive at first, but KB did a great job. Throughout the whole process it seemed like they trying and gave us a lot insight into the house we were buying.

My wife and I have and still until this moment are experiencing great and professional customer service anything we need from information to work being done,the response is fast

House has been a nightmare since moving in. There has been a mile long list of issues and super hard to get issues fixed and fixed correctly

KB....what is need to be said? You see the builders name and just know their work. Throughout the whole process of our home being built they kept their word. We got weekly update emails of the work that was going to be happening. Even got phone calls from the supervisors suggesting certain things that would work better for the house. Definitely would recommend my friends and family to consider KB as their first choice in buying a new home. If I were suggest anything to anyone, I would say don’t be scared to ask questions. We had a great experience working with everyone involved in the process of getting this home, especially Angelina, Josh, Jason and Richard at the Monterey homes. They were all very attentive to our needs, wants and requests.

Everyone was so accommodating and helpful! A very good experience!

after 2 months moving in still dealing with issues I reporting before closing and the date I did final walk. they had me sign and close with the promise of attending the issues, but still dealing with it on top of being disrespected in my own house by Filiberto and he keeps recommending people to do cement so he can get money and quality of work horrible! Any time welcome to my house to see the results

Steve is the superintendent in charge of building our home and he is clear and concise whenever we interact with him. He has met and continues to meet and exceed our expectations concerning all areas of our new home. Working with Steve has made buying a new home much less stressful!
