KB homes pricing is very affordable, best in the market out there.

Home should have been inspected for issues prior to my walk thru. There was a obvious electrical issue with the fireplace ( live wires laying inside the fireplace) that was a safety hazard. Was not fixed until we were in the home for 3 weeks.

the foam outside is terrible and the plants were not very well taken care of, but overall the house is fantastic.

Our KB representatives are welcoming and address our concerns. They made it clear that if there is anything that comes up relating to our home to contact them and they will take care of any issues.

Lewie, Rick, and Dean have all been wonderful to: answer questions and fix major and minor things. Example 1: during final walk through, there was a dip in the floor, so Lewie had them lift and investigate, fillin and re-do the floor. Example 2: the garage door worked wonderfully when after a few uses it stopped working: Lewie and Dean fixed what was the sensor with a new one, he informed us that the circuit may have got water in it causing it to malfunction. Example 3: we tripped our breaker for the first floor over the weekend and could not reset it. Rick was contacted and came out the Tuesday and found the wires in one of our walls were too close and touching each other. For our first new home we are having many adventures and appreciate Lewie, Dean, and Rick for being there to help get us through these events ... More

This experience with the KB Home Team was continued support start to finish. It’s a very stressful process as you know and all along the way we had guidance and reassurance that helped ease our minds. We thank each one of you for making our dreams happen!

The quality of our new KB Home this go around was mediocre. Our final walk through was a mess and I have called KB several times to fix minor issues inside the home such as holes in the concrete foundation, bad wall patching jobs, and the door trim was not up to par either. Our first KB home we bought 7 years ago was superb but unfortunately this time around it felt like the construction was rushed and messy.

We were a little apprehensive at first, but KB did a great job. Throughout the whole process it seemed like they trying and gave us a lot insight into the house we were buying.

My wife and I have and still until this moment are experiencing great and professional customer service anything we need from information to work being done,the response is fast

House has been a nightmare since moving in. There has been a mile long list of issues and super hard to get issues fixed and fixed correctly

KB....what is need to be said? You see the builders name and just know their work. Throughout the whole process of our home being built they kept their word. We got weekly update emails of the work that was going to be happening. Even got phone calls from the supervisors suggesting certain things that would work better for the house. Definitely would recommend my friends and family to consider KB as their first choice in buying a new home. If I were suggest anything to anyone, I would say don’t be scared to ask questions. So many issues to mention...

We had a great experience working with everyone involved in the process of getting this home, especially Angelina, Josh, Jason and Richard at the Monterey homes. They were all very attentive to our needs, wants and requests.
