The reason I gave them a 3 was, because we have had issues with leaking pipes, electrical, and craftsmanship. Despite all that, we’ve been happy with the rest of our home, we love it. And the customer service rep assigned to us has been AMAZING! Every single problem we have had, within minutes he has contacted the required parties, and has someone in our home the same day, usually within a couple hours. That has been our best experience with KB homes thus far

I will say I am so happy that purchased KB home. customer service is great.

The thing I value the most about KB homes is the attention we still get from the realtor and the superintendent after the purchase of our home not just before.

Do your homework and be prepared to fight with financing. Do not go off what they tell you and make sure you get a preapproval from an outside lender to compare.

I think that no other builder can beat KB in terms of price, value, and customer service. I do admit that the quality of materials and craftsmanship can be rough, crude, or careless depending on your luck, but KB's quick response and accountability makes up for it. And the competitive house prices also make up for it. I've been fortunate to work with some great people from the sales, to home design, to construction foreman. These people really live up to fulfilling the KB name. The only complaint I have is the high price of the options to add to the house. But overall, I'm very satisfied with the house. Everything is great!

So far everything is good.

Bought 2-3 months ago. Love it. Good fit for us. New homes selling quickly. Easy process to go from look at what's possible to move-in. Lots to offer. Convenient to North San Diego, between 45"-65" to Oceanside (ocean). Good prices.

Homeownership has always been a childhood dream of mines. Thank you KB for making my dream come true. I love my KB Home.

Most of the standard options are not bad to live with for a while. Standard vinyl flooring and carpet is a must change if you have the chance to do so. Living space is great and most areas are open enough to serve with great functionality. 3 car garage is enough room to work with if you need to park cars and still store things. I'm not sure I would be able to work with the size of the 2 car garage.

We continue to have electrical issues after the electrician came out and there has been no responses to emails to customer service.

If your picky about a few things let it be known before the construction begins. That way it’s done to your standards.

The quality of the home is excellent. The few flaws were corrected immediately when pointed out. The personnel at KB couldn't have been more helpful. They listened and acted right away. The sales office folks (Pat and Mary) were and are wonderful, to the design center where Marlena and Sonny persevered thru our indecision's, and the followup by Barry and Carlos on site could not be surpassed.

Thanks for all the follow through to make this home our home! KB staff provide professionalism from the time you enter their door. Everything was on schedule and there was great communication to close the escrow in one month with follow up visits and calls. No issues, love the neighborhood and love the home!
