Good service, hard work, patience

KB Home made made my homebuying experience a breeze. Never thought I would get such an excellent customer service as much as I did with KB. They answered all my questions and simplified the entire process throughout the way. I would recommend KB Home To anybody who is trying to purchase a home, whether you are a first time buyer or experienced, you cannot go wrong with KB Home.

Overall my experience was great. There was a few hiccups along the way, but the sale and loan processing team went out of their way to make you feeling at ease.

It was a stressful but amazing experience with the help of all the people that guide us along the way; sales agent, loan officer, escrow staff, construction people. They made our experience fun and memorable.

Had I known that KB Homes does not stand by the products in their homes I would never have bought a home. I will never give a positive referral to friends and relatives, as a matter of fact I have told everyone that they should never buy a KB home. I will be going online and making a scathing post about how horrid this company is.

Our recent home purchase experience was exceptionally smooth from start to finish. The Sales office and Mortgage Loan Originator made the process effortless and well-organized. Special appreciation goes to the Construction Manager for coordinating the building process and sending us weekly reports about the construction stage and house photos.

Its not so bad experience with KB. The sales, mortgage teams could be better with communication and providing more options on home loans. The design center experience is good. Most of the options we choose are basic and which can be included with the home by default thereby adding more value to the purchase

House was 3months late and was dirty didn't clean alot of issues with house paint broken window garage is a mess leaking breaker pooping just bad work all around I was promised to fix garage never fixed it saying they can't.....

They paint over the cracks on tub to cover up.

Having issues with stove; it do not work. I tried to use the oven for the first time on thanksgiving and the whole stove shutdown and stopped working. Whirlpool not much help and KB liaison no andwer

The doors are crack and they just trying covering and the floor has little dots of paint and the walls have touch ups as well and if it’s a brand new home everything has to be new no tounch ups

Since day one everyone at KB Homes was friendly and helpful. I was always kept informed regarding the status of the house building progress as well as the loan process. The walk through was very informative and the builder explained everything in detail. We were also given contact information in case something needed to be fixed. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant experience.
