KB home has a top-notch team in place at the Verano site. Jean works tirelessly getting everything just right for each home being built. We felt that his attention to our home was focused. He always answered questions and fixed little things when we brought them to his attention, as we visited the site a lot while the home was being built. Lizette always helped with our questions and went out of her way to find answers to questions she didn't have ready knowledge of. We felt very much involved with the process of the building of our home.

Buying any home is stressful. With KB it they are informative and caring. They make sure you are satisfied and if you aren’t they right it. I recommend if you’re looking for a new build, KB is the way to go.

This was a pain free experience. There was great communication throughout the process from first looking at the home to deciding which one we wanted then from going into contract to closing and even after closing. I felt home before I even moved in.

Everything was great! Very helpful and the weekly updates kept us excited. It was great seeing the process and the team was great with explaining where they were at and what we could expect to be done during the week. Always answered our questions and everybody was patient while the talked is through the whole process!

This is my first KB Home and it’s the best home I’ve ever owned. I’ve owned a DR Horton home and the workmanship was poor and the customer service was very poor. Love my new KB Home.

Very satisfied with the home buying experience. My rep Jen was fantastic keeping me updated during the buying experience. The construction superintendent Jean emailed me weekly with construction updates. Final walk thru was perfect. All in all a fantastic experience. We love our new home

My husband and I came to look at the models on a whim not sure if we were even in a place to purchase a house. We met Amy and within minutes fell in love with her and the homes. The team we worked with was incredible in helping to make sure we understood everything as this was our first time buying a house. Our loan officer Mike was great and made sure to take the time to explain everything to us and really went above and beyond to help make sure we had a rate that was good and a payment we were happy with. Between Amy and our superintendent Jon we were getting updates on the progress of our home multiple times a week. The communication from all three of them was shocking even on days off they were making sure our questions were answered and even sent us picture’s often of what had been completed on the house. We have lived in our house for just over a month and I don’t think there is anything we would have changed it is perfect! KB builds a great home but what really made us so happy and want to refer multiple friends was their people!!
