We never thought we could buy a new construction home, but we were surprised at how affordable it was. The building process was fun for the whole family, our kids enjoyed watching every step. We love our home and kb has been great to resolve any minor issues we found after closing.

All of our questions were answered in a timely form.

Sara is the best sales agent or customers service agent in the company Chad is the best loan officer in the world every one of the ladies at the design center in Temecula are wonderful they made designing our home a blast we wish we could go to them and do it all again

My husband and I came to look at the models on a whim not sure if we were even in a place to purchase a house. We met Amy and within minutes fell in love with her and the homes. The team we worked with was incredible in helping to make sure we understood everything as this was our first time buying a house. Our loan officer Mike was great and made sure to take the time to explain everything to us and really went above and beyond to help make sure we had a rate that was good and a payment we were happy with. Between Amy and our superintendent Jon we were getting updates on the progress of our home multiple times a week. The communication from all three of them was shocking even on days off they were making sure our questions were answered and even sent us picture’s often of what had been completed on the house. We have lived in our house for just over a month and I don’t think there is anything we would have changed it is perfect! KB builds a great home but what really made us so happy and want to refer multiple friends was their people!! I HAD AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE AT KB HOME. I BOUGHT A HOME THAT WAS A HOME THAT FELL OUT OF ESCROW SO I WAS ABLE TO CLOSE VERY QUICKLY. LOVE MY NEW HOME AND THE QUALITY AND WORKMANSHIP. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS 110%. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND KB HOME.
