Everyone was great and very informative, with the exception of Bobby in your loan office. Bobby was just bad at every aspect of his job.

progress and possible delays were communicated on a weekly basis. Big shoutout to Valerie Brown for all her efforts.

Staff were very helpful in navigating buying process

Experience with the home readiness was very bad. Lot of issues has been raised during the entire process but it was not addressed. Loan closure was the worst experience compared to everything. I was expecting a call from customer manager at least with an apology for what has happened but it never happened.

Great overall value but average workmanship.

Overall good. But workmanship is a bit lacking. AC was installed incorrectly and stopped working less than 1 month of moving. We did not have AC during a weekend in the middle of the summer average of over 100. At first tried to contact the assigned rep for issues but did not received a response within 24 hours, after looking on the KB website, we finally got a hold of 24-hour warranty office to fix the issue. Also, some of the windows are not properly installed i.e. will not completely close. Carpets not properly installed, sticking tacks everywhere. They touched up some of it during final inspection but there are still tacks sticking out when walking on the carpet. Closets rail doors have some markings of screws holes. Closet shelves are not properly sanded and rough on some edges along with closet hanging rails. The material they used to build the home is cheap as well as the workmanship . For the kind of money I paid for the home it should have been better quality and workmanship !!!!!

We had an outstanding experience, before, during and after the purchase process. Our Sales agent Yolanda, kept us updated weekly, always had time to promptly reply to our multiple inquiries; Our lender agent Marcus, worked with us to get us the best loan deal possible; Our Construction Super Intendents: Kevin and Rob, took care of all our requests after closing. Our house feels not only new, comfortable, beautiful and safe, but it makes it even better to know we have a name as KB backing it up from foundation to the last roof tile

I just cannot say enough good things about KB homes and the team I had relations with during my home purchase. From the beginning, Debora was amazing. She communicated very well and often. Her weekly reports made the process easy and kept me apprised of everything. Best experience I have had with a builder…I have bought 7 new homes in 27 years . This is the best experience and home. After closing, I was introduced to Kevin - project management. Kevin was the most attentive, knowledgeable and friendliest person ever. He made me feel very comfortable to ask him to explain or fix anything. Because of Kevin, I love my house even more. After Kevin, I was introduced to Robert, Customer Service manager. Robert treated me like family….a member of the KB friendly family. Not only was he able to fix anything I pointed out, he is very organized and would schedule follow visits from contractors immediately after we met. Whatever customer service training you are giving your team, it should be packaged and sold at high-cost to all companies. KB delivers 5 Star Customer to clients in a consistent manner. Customer Service Rob and Contraction Manager Kevin are really nice people and giving me a great support. KB Loan sold my loan to US Bank, and US Bank is terrible in Customer Service. I had a terrible with US Bank this morning 7/13.

KB at this location had a great team that has responded quickly all along to any issue that came up. We have been very happy with our purchase.

Overall a good homebuying experience. Very modern design and good quality materials. I did have some issues with the customer service rep for some minor warranty claims though.
