My wife and I can truly say our experience purchasing our lot and building our house was truly amazing. From the upgrade and design to the building process we were weekly updated . Upon completion we were signed off by John and he was so patient. There are minor issues but Rob our concierge always come to the rescue. Our sales headed by Dale and Courtney plus Mitch , Rodrigo and John saw to it that all our requests were given attention. The loans officer , Jim tried his best . Overall experience , we give them 5 Stars . Thank you KB Homes for bringing our dream house into reality.

My home buying experience was great and seamless. I didn’t have any issues during the process, which was great. Everyone was incredibly helpful during the process and I greatly appreciate everyone’s assistance along the way. Sandra (mortgage originator), John (home sales agent), and Isabel (loan underwriter) are awesome employees and pivotal people during my home buying experience. This is my first time purchasing a home, new construction and I’m glad I purchased with KB Home.. My only complaint at this time has been the lack of understanding and empathy by the Warranty person in my area. I officially moved into my home about 3 weeks ago. Primarily, I work from home so, I need internet. I contacted Comcast to install cable and internet prior to moving in. A Comcast Technician came by and said the conduit is jammed and a cable line needs to be dropped. I thought the work was completed after a ticket was submitted; however, another technician came out and said the same thing. At this point, I’ve had 0 service for 2 weeks and I’m completing work duties using the mobile hotspot feature on my work phone. Of course, that’s extremely frustrating and upsetting. Anyways, I had been calling Comcast several times, inquiring about the status. Subsequently, I reached out to the Warranty guy and asked him about the issue and wondered who is responsible for what’s transpiring here? Because I don’t have service. He said Comcast and the conduit isn’t jammed. He can’t send any of his guys there because other homeowners had the same issue in my neighborhood but whenever he sent his guys, they never identified an issue. He told me the technicians need different tools. So, I asked him I’m supposed to continue going back and forth with Comcast just to get some service and resolve this issue I’m having? He said yes, it’s not their problem and he’s sorry. At that point, I was furious and told him directly that this is ridiculous, no one cares, and thanks! No response from him. Where was the empathy or compassion? Imagine still having no service for 3-4 weeks now and you’re a federal government employee, working on your employer’s work phone mobile hot spot. Who wouldn’t be upset? And to even assume without verifying is absurd. Basing prior experiences to what I’m experiencing is very foolish. Although Comcast is set to install next week, the Warranty guy has left a bad taste in my mouth. Yes, I submitted my initial review with phenomenal ratings but I’m extremely disappointed in the lack of care and compassion from the warranty person. ... More

Everyone from the sales offices to Kyle have been great. They have helped with any questions and needs throughout the process. Even when after closing Kyle has been a text away.

The staff was excellent in all aspects of providing customer service. They responded quickly to answer questions and resolve minor issues. They promptly answered phone, emails and text messages.

Some materials are not good and finishings we’re not done well in some places.

Valerie in the sales office is wonderful. She is always helpful, researched if there was a question and was so responsive.

While buying a home is stressful KBHS has been very receptive with minor repairs. Good folks and beautiful home.

Since we moved in we had issues that needed attention but it is such a reassuring experience to know that Customer Service was always there quick to respond to our concerns then always does a follow up. Customer Service has gone above and beyond our expectations!

Walk in inspection and warranty representative were great.

I found a lot of mixed reviews on KB Homes and was initially very skeptical. Now being in our home for 2.5 months, it was the best choice for us at the time. All of the KB Homes employees we worked with and continue to work with are wonderful. Many things happened during our journey that were out of their control, mainly worker shortage and supply chain issue due to the pandemic. We understand all of this so choose to judge based on the quality of care and information we got from the KB team. The strengths of the team we worked with are communication, friendliness, informative, and patient. KB Homes isn’t going to build you a custom home with every single little detail you could ever want. The contractors they use are probably local and could be hit or miss. We accepted this and we’re luckily able to be close enough to our new build that we went to see it multiple times per week, taking hundred of photos. During the building process, we found several items that needed to be corrected and KB worked with the contractors right away to fix them. There will be bumps in the road as with any project of this magnitude. Overall, we have a brand new home for a great price considering the area we live in. Don't be silent and not involved in the process. KB will give you all of the opportunities to get what you want. But you have to use your voice and ask questions.
