I only been on the house a few weeks and so far a few minor details like scratches and paint touches that have appear but their response team have been awesome anything I'd have came across I let Devin know and he will responds and fix the issues right away.

Customer Service was outstanding. Bryon truly cares about what the buyer wants. The process was very smooth and if there were any delays etc. he would let you know right away. The Design Studio was excellent in making sure what personal touches you wanted to add but keeping you within your budget. Rocky, Rob and their whole team go above and beyond to ensure the homeowner are satisfied.

The staffs are friendly and professional. They will listen and answer my inquiries. They are very helpful on selecting items on upgrading my house.

My home buying experience was great and seamless. I didn’t have any issues during the process, which was great. Everyone was incredibly helpful during the process and I greatly appreciate everyone’s assistance along the way. Sandra (mortgage originator), John (home sales agent), and Isabel (loan underwriter) are awesome employees and pivotal people during my home buying experience. This is my first time purchasing a home, new construction and I’m glad I purchased with KB Home.. My only complaint at this time has been the lack of understanding and empathy by the Warranty person in my area. I officially moved into my home about 3 weeks ago. Primarily, I work from home so, I need internet. I contacted Comcast to install cable and internet prior to moving in. A Comcast Technician came by and said the conduit is jammed and a cable line needs to be dropped. I thought the work was completed after a ticket was submitted; however, another technician came out and said the same thing. At this point, I’ve had 0 service for 2 weeks and I’m completing work duties using the mobile hotspot feature on my work phone. Of course, that’s extremely frustrating and upsetting. Anyways, I had been calling Comcast several times, inquiring about the status. Subsequently, I reached out to the Warranty guy and asked him about the issue and wondered who is responsible for what’s transpiring here? Because I don’t have service. He said Comcast and the conduit isn’t jammed. He can’t send any of his guys there because other homeowners had the same issue in my neighborhood but whenever he sent his guys, they never identified an issue. He told me the technicians need different tools. So, I asked him I’m supposed to continue going back and forth with Comcast just to get some service and resolve this issue I’m having? He said yes, it’s not their problem and he’s sorry. At that point, I was furious and told him directly that this is ridiculous, no one cares, and thanks! No response from him. Where was the empathy or compassion? Imagine still having no service for 3-4 weeks now and you’re a federal government employee, working on your employer’s work phone mobile hot spot. Who wouldn’t be upset? And to even assume without verifying is absurd. Basing prior experiences to what I’m experiencing is very foolish. Although Comcast is set to install next week, the Warranty guy has left a bad taste in my mouth. Yes, I submitted my initial review with phenomenal ratings but I’m extremely disappointed in the lack of care and compassion from the warranty person. ... More

Overall good. But workmanship is a bit lacking. AC was installed incorrectly and stopped working less than 1 month of moving. We did not have AC during a weekend in the middle of the summer average of over 100. At first tried to contact the assigned rep for issues but did not received a response within 24 hours, after looking on the KB website, we finally got a hold of 24-hour warranty office to fix the issue. Also, some of the windows are not properly installed i.e. will not completely close. Carpets not properly installed, sticking tacks everywhere. They touched up some of it during final inspection but there are still tacks sticking out when walking on the carpet. Closets rail doors have some markings of screws holes. Closet shelves are not properly sanded and rough on some edges along with closet hanging rails. Don't be silent and not involved in the process. KB will give you all of the opportunities to get what you want. But you have to use your voice and ask questions.

Relatively okay, but I am still not understand the appliances delivered with the home. Cooking stove, microwave, dishwasher, but no refrigerator, why ? I asked this on day one, they said people have different preferences. This doesn’t make sense. You can provide coupon to home buyers if you are serious. Take a survey and work on it.

Good experience overall, easy to contact agent and builder reps.

Nice home, very comfortable, sales and construction crews friendly and helpful. Underwriters asked for information which in our estimation should have been easily obtained by them, but insisted we supply to them.

So happy to have moved in! Martin has been so helpful and we are grateful for all the coordinating he’s done to help us fix our house to be in tip top shape. Any errors or malfunctions we find, he is there to help us find a solution! Thank you!

Very Good

We moved into our new home about 2 months ago. The overall experience with KB has been pleasant. Their staff has been amazing getting all the little odds and ends fixed and wrapped up. With that being said I feel there was a handful of things that were missed that could have been corrected before we moved in. Little odds and ends of holes being left in walls where a railing was moved, a few cracked roof tiles, bathroom fan not even being wired up, and issues with windows not closing and opening right. I also feel as if some of the sub contractors cut some corners to save some money, for example no weed barrier under landscaping. It's hard having to deal with the constant scheduling to have sub contractors out fixing small things that could have been caught before it got to us, but the customer service reps go so far above and beyond to make sure every little detail is corrected in a timely manor. If something comes up they are only a phone call away and get the ball rolling as soon as they hang up the phone. They have never once made me feel like my requests were absurd or unreasonable. ... There were a number of issues with the home and most of them were addressed quickly.

After one year, KB finally handed over the house to me! The house is large and the backyard is moderate in size. The overall price of the house is 5% lower than the contract signed a year ago, reducing my financial burden. The new house is equipped with solar energy, which is very environmentally friendly, with various household equipment, and the overall price of the house is relatively high. The minus point is that the quality of the doors and windows is average, and a few switches are broken, which have been reported to KB and are waiting for repairs!

Home is delivered in time and Sales team co-ordinated very well through out the process. Kudos to the team. Move in was smooth and the same quality of service continue through customer service team. Thank you for the team for prompt responses and timely fixing things.
