Sales agent was amazing. She was incredible with her time and help and process.

Proactive problem resolutions. Chad, Steve, and others who responded to our calls for existing issue will address problems that we did not see ourselves. Like paint scraps from our move in. Without our asking, the service man will inform us there was a scrape, and offer to remedy that before he left. And quick turnaround for issue we call them in about. Chad especially immediately addressed two concerns that we had that we had not had the chance to report yet. The leaking dishwasher and the master bathroom vent. He was onsite to fix different issues, but when I told him off the dishwasher and vent, he took the issues upon himself and fixed them on that day. I only been on the house a few weeks and so far a few minor details like scratches and paint touches that have appear but their response team have been awesome anything I'd have came across I let Devin know and he will responds and fix the issues right away.

At the beginning of this process was a wry stressful time . Being a first home buyer it is a learning experience. I had many curve balls and was able to overcome. But everything was worth it. It would of been a pleasure if I had Monica as a in home Lendor. She was so nice and was willing to go above and beyond for her client instead of being forceful and aggressive. Being forceful and aggressive drove me away of working with a in home lender . But Monica made this journey well worth it. Thank you Monica and kb family

Great experience working with KB!

Pleads for ratings of 10 for perfection is predominant but be careful AFTER their surveys. Verbal promises are forgotten and you end up looking dumb for making requests based on non written commitments. A definite shift of attitude begins. I'm hoping I'm wrong. And your follow up appts are always during your working hours-which means lost wages each time you have issues. Make sure to test flush toilets for longtime running water.

customer service manager Rob is an excellent manager giving him 10 stars really concern with buyers and constructor supervisor Steven is the same thing 10 stars rate but the materials are cheap a lot of things to fix for a brand new house

Sales was excellent from the beginning to the close of escrow. New construction warranty crew have been excellent with follow ups.

It was a very smooth and comfortable experience. All staff were very knowledgeable and responsive. Always willing to respond to any questions or concerns that come out through the entire process. After the property was ready, KB team continues to be beyond responsive and very proactive, paying attention to even the smallest details. Constantly checking in making sure all is as it’s supposed to be.
