This was the most horrible experience for buying a home, the aggressiveness and incompetent plus the misinformation of the sales team was the most unpleasant experience for buying a home. I am sorry but I will never refer anyone

Horrible sales staff, not customer service friendly, wood that was used to build our home had mold on it, contractors used to build our home were very unqualified and our concerns were not taken seriously. I will never buy another KB home again, ever!

I was very disappointed with the build quality and with Brian the superintendent who was unprofessional and intentionally delayed and messed up the build, I am very surprised that the Sales team (Tim) who knew of the price reduction forced me to sign the contract for the unfinished, very poor quality deliverable 2 days before the price reduction.

Experience with the home readiness was very bad. Lot of issues has been raised during the entire process but it was not addressed. Loan closure was the worst experience compared to everything. I was expecting a call from customer manager at least with an apology for what has happened but it never happened.

Once I closed on the property and now moved on to working directly with the worker regarding warranties and all other matters- the entire experience became an absolute nightmare. I was mistreated because I scored the first part of my buying experience at 7 over 10- there’s an avid score system that KB send out to buyers after close of escrow. So from that point in order to get things done, including promises their employees made, I was required to first provide a score of 10 on their avid rating. I declined and expressed my concerns to upper management and was pretty curbed ever since. I sent out emails to their corporate office and that too made no difference at the time of this review. I even went as far to show text message communications between myself and their staff as factual evidence to support my claims - that’s too was swept under the rug. Currently, there 9 issue with my brand new home one of which is a huge concern for me- concrete with large pieces of metal pointing out that was hidden beneath bark by the builders. I have small children and fear possible lacerations to their foot areas if encountered. Currently waiting to see if the division president will follow through with having these issues fixed. ... Bad experience with the new home buying

When they deliver the property , process is unprofessional, didn’t like the way sales office did , I don’t even have my mailbox keys

Poor quality materials, lack of craftsmanship, slow response, unwillingness to take responsibility for issues brought to builders attention.
