We experienced the Camp Fire last November. After 10 months of moving 4 times and experiencing the loss of all we owned, we have finally moved into our new home. It is blessing for us and finding the opportunity to enter into this relationship with KB Home has been very good for us.

1st KB home. Outstanding quality and have not had any major issues to date. Been in the house 2 months and very pleased with the builder.

As a first time home buyer it can be very scary, as for myself and my wife it was! but our realtor told us about these new homes they were being built and we should consider taking a look. First of all these homes are beautiful, Affordable and Energy Efficient . From the very moment we walked into the sale office and spoke to their sale manager Bryon we were greeted with a warm welcome! this place is by far a place of EXCELLENCY starting with their sale manager! he was Very Professional and at the same time very pleasant,he kept us update throughout the process for the weeks our home was being built. He made sure that we knew what we needed to do, for each step and what to expect. he would Email us pictures, telling us what to expect following week to come each week with our home, making himself available for answering our question even on his day off! he is just Amazing! great guy!...Then there's Rocky the construction manager making sure every single detail we wanted to put inside our home was to our liking! he went over the plans he,walked us through,he explained everything about our home and how it works. This guy took care of our home as if he was building this home for himself and his family! and not to mention his team they were Excellent, they worked hard in providing us everything that came to mind to be put inside our home! that's hard to do! but Rocky and his team got it done for us!... Now we are in our BEAUTIFUL dream home and could not be more happier .THIS WAS JUST AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!!! LOVE OUR NEW KB HOME!!!... ... More

Make sure Everything is fixed before signing your contract otherwise. They don’t care anymore. They are rude and not listening if you have a problem.

Whenever we had any issues it was addressed quickly. Due to our personal situation all of the staff were very kind and patience with alot of understanding.

This took about 8 months to build but it was well worth the wait time. We picked out a beautiful 1718 sq ft home located in a prime location of Elk Grove. It is probably the only home community in Elk Grove that is within walking distance to the light rail station. This home community is also conveniently next to highway 99 exit as well, without hearing the traffic. Tips for new home buyers, please make sure to select all your home upgrades and do a walk around home inspection after the home is completed. There were a few minor items that needed attention on my new home which was two cabinet panels replacement, top kitchen stove cover replacement, and the guest bathroom temperature adjustment knob. Upon discovering these items needing replacement I contacted Rob Reinold and he quickly addressed it and advised me he will have these items taken care of as soon as possible. His customer service and professionalism was on point and he always took the time to go over the entire home, give tips on standard housekeeping, and assured that things will get handle timely. John also was very determined to deliver to quality home on the timeframe that was promise and he delivered. Upon my walk through with John, he addressed all of the minor details of the home that needed attention as well. John took care of it the following week without any hassle. If there was a way to give more stars on this survey, I would give KB Home +5 more stars because they everyone that works there regardless of being in the office or construction field, they go the extra mile to make sure all of my request and add ons are done with great craftmanship and the little details are attended to. Customer Service was outstanding. Bryon truly cares about what the buyer wants. The process was very smooth and if there were any delays etc. he would let you know right away. The Design Studio was excellent in making sure what personal touches you wanted to add but keeping you within your budget. Rocky, Rob and their whole team go above and beyond to ensure the homeowner are satisfied.

The staffs are friendly and professional. They will listen and answer my inquiries. They are very helpful on selecting items on upgrading my house.

I did not like the tree in front of my house so I asked if they can change it for me and they automatically did it. They also checked the air conditioning when I thought there was something wrong with it.

Great builders, great price point, excellent design and their customer service is unmatched.

Homes are very Pretty. They tell you that their homes are special and all the different things they do that others don't (supposedly). They told us the sub-flooring is laid down a special way so that you never get creaky floors, but we have only been in our house for a month and already the floors knock and creak. Also if you have children, do not let them in your backyard until you have a chance to get it fixed up looking how you want it. Their construction crews leave nails everywhere and the yard dirt is filled with them. The home warranty program is a nice touch since they know they cut some corners during building and the customer will have some complaints/issues after moving in. Overall the houses are very nice looking. I would recommend that anyone purchasing keep an eye on your home every few days as it is being built. We found numerous incorrect things done in our house along the way that we had paid extra for and had to make them aware of it so that they were corrected before walls had to be ripped out to fix them. It's your house and you know how you want it. Make them aware of issues along the way during the building process and don't let them blow you off. You are paying a lot of money for your home, make sure it is done to your standards not theirs. ... More

The sales staff was knowledgeable, prompt follow up, listened to my "want list" , explained the process and easy to get a hold of. KB upgrades were fairly priced, good selection. The home buying process is organized and they keep you well informed on a routine basis. Lending was able to work with me on options to finalize my purchase. Everyone from start to finish was accommodating to my busy schedule.
