The whole team from sales tea (Ben), to being able to review choices with with Emily, reviewing the home with Mike and fixing any minor repairs by Norm and his team, the experience had been wonderful.

KB homes was exceptional from the start of the process to the end. We had a great loan officer, Josh who held our hand through the money portion of this journey. He was exceptional. Nick from the sales office was knowledgeable and kept us informed from before the foundation was poured to giving us the keys! I would recommend KB homes to anyone who wanted to buy a house. Great experience buying a house if it was the easy more people would buy houses!

Everyone in Kb went over and beyond our expectations. It instantly felt home for us right when we entered on our doorsteps. Buying a new home takes some time. In my experience options were discussed. However, things were not communicated clearly, and felt punished when others made a mistake regarding discussing certain things. Not sure if I'll be recommending KB homes moving forward.

Nice home for the price

I purchased my home after someone had already attempted to and had added all the upgrades of their choice which coincidentally I liked. What sold me though was the size of the lot it came with. Perfect for starting to grow into and potentially starting a family. Everyone from the builders.and loan office treated me with the upmost respect from start to finish and even though you need to docusign or pull old records to prove your identity and worth(many, many times). There never was a moment that I felt it wasn't going to be my new home. The hardest part was waiting for escrow to give me the green light to move. I had a great experience with KB Homes. It was a well guided process from our first signature as intent to purchase all the way to closing. They are also great with following up with their customer satisfaction department. I had my purchased home undergo independently inspected by third party and was given over all great reviews on the quality of materials and very few points to repair, which were addressed efficiently. KB Homes has earned my recommendation.

How did you feel about the entire process, from initial purchase to final move-in? My Overall Impression of buying a home with KB is exceptional. I can't express in words the gratitude I have for each one of the professionals who were a part in mine and my family's journey of buying a home. From the initial experience of looking at models and seeing that KB was the one for us, to the very last minute of receiving our keys and walking into our new home, the total experience was incredible. It was mine and my spouses first time buying a home, therefore we had a million questions, concerns and inquiries never once did we feel that our concerns were never acknowledged. EVERY-TIME we had a question the person for the task was always available and knowledgeable, answered all of our questions professionally, accurately, and empathetic. I can honestly say that I am incredibly grateful to have picked KB for this entire experience. How would you describe the quality and value of your new home? In minimal words I would describe the quality of my new home as valuable and expensive. The quality surpassed my expectations. My only complaint would be that unfortunately in the spaces inside Home where the builders call "wet spaces" it is the only areas that are painted in semi-gloss. The entire rest of the house is painted in flat paint which is incredibly easy to get dirty, any little smear of a finger print is noticeable and extremely hard to clean. How was your experience with the builder’s team? Did they do what they promised? Did they respond to you in a timely fashion? The over all experience with the builder team was a good one, the time frame they gave to me was accurate. My family and I were able to plan our move timely and accordingly which was great due to the process I'd waiting for a new home to be build from floor up. I thought it was especially exceptional that we received weekly and monthly updates. Pictures and positive thoughts. What would you most like potential home buyers to know about this builder? KB is nothing more than the best. They make you feel like family and they show how much they care about you and your entire experience in home buying, that to me is priceless.
